Pegasus Hotel

This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Spiros & his team are amazing, friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is ample & the snack bar has some amazing food. The pool area has loads of comfortable sunbeds & the pool bar run by Vivi is well stocked. We loved the very cold glasses the beer was served in!! We have booked again next year!!

Simple holiday, location fine but navigating your way to roda main sea front could be difficult if you need a flat surface to walk on. Traffic noise was not great and 30 year old patio doors did nothing to reduce it. The hotel was as described by many other reviewers. Dated but well looked after, very nice family run hotel, pool was really nice, pool bar good and pool food was good. Sun beds were great not seen any like this before very comfy. Breakfast was also as described minimal but fine for a weeks break. The family have obviously had to adapt with changes over the years and to be fair it works. Spyros the manager was always in high spirits and took time to answer anything he could. Booking in was a breeze, and our holiday flowed well. We were apprehensive about the transfer duration from the airport but glad we took the plunge as it was fine. Roda is a lovely place we ate out every night and the meals were all very good, food and drink is very well priced, and during the day if you eat and drink in a taverna with sun beds they are mostly free. The sea was lovely as well. Booked through easy jet holidays which worked well, but would consider booking direct if we went again as there is then no air con charge, no safe box charge and the hotel would sort and cover the cost of the transfer, you can also request a specific room if required. All in all just what we expected after reading other people’s reviews. Would we return yes.
