A fantastic family holiday with a great kids’ club
We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at this hotel with our family. We were completely satisfied with everything – the accommodation, the services, and especially the friendly and helpful staff. A special mention goes to the kids’ club, which was fantastic. The children had a great time and enjoyed all the activities, while we were able to relax and truly enjoy our holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and would love to come back again.
Amazing
The best holidays place! Service, food, on beach, restaurants, shopping, evenings with life music- everything you need its there. We been there in June and September, and we will go there again. The best!

Lovely holiday
Just returned from this lovely hotel , which is huge , lots on offer to do , staff wonderful, food good , plenty of choice , kids club which looked like the kids were having fun , 4 pools , right on a lovely beach . We loved it .
A TRUE PARADISE!
A true paradise very close to the sea, with a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are exquisitely courteous and highly professional.
Beyond Disappointed
We were very disappointed with this hotel, it certainly shouldn't be classed as a 5 star. It was tired looking in areas, the food was terrible, and the service was really slow. One day they had little battered pieces of cod, I took a bite, and the smell of ammonia hit me, absolutely awful. The kids pool area doesn't have a bar, snack place, nothing. This makes it really challenging when your toddler is enjoying the pool, and you need refreshments. It took 30 minutes to bring us our drinks on several occasions, and you weren't allowed to be served at the bar. There also wasn't a main entertainment area, like they had a karaoke one night at what they call the amphitheatre, but this was a bit of a walk, and only a small selection of drinks were available. My son enjoyed the water park, but again only a small selection of drinks available. The kids area had a snack bar, which I popped to by myself to get my son a little snack to take back with me, but I was stopped, and told I wasn't allowed to take it away, and my son would have to come, and eat it there. We've been to way better 4* hotels, which cost a lot less. Won't be booking through Jet2 again.
