From first booking to the end of the massage was extremely pleasant experience. I had a full body massage from Eleni which was amazing. I suffer from back problems and this helped majorly.

Our stay at Miramare Resort spa hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish (12-19th September, it was our 25th wedding anniversary this year) . Every detail of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, including the beautiful views from every corner. The rooms were great, spacious, and impeccably clean, with minimalistic décor and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food was another highlight. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to suit every taste. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make sure we had the best possible experience. A very special thank you to Maria, Eleni, Jana and the gentleman when we arrived at midnight at the reception. I need to mention the drivers too, Georgios and his team made us feel welcome and always ready for us. Thank you! They welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism, was always incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay.
Not a happy couple York .
Steep stairs everywhere , lifts broken , ATM broken , loungers very tatty , brollys broken , rooms very tried and food very oily , and this is rated Four and half stars by Jet2 , we were all inclusive+ but we never got anything extra than any other guests who paid less , not happy and we know this speaking to several other guests.
