Very good experience here. Our main positives are the pool area which is phenomenal, we were able to get a bed every day so long as you arrive before 10am. Management did remove towels of people who left them on the beds first thing which we appreciated. Food was phenomenal with a good selection each night (we were half board). Don’t be expect a buffet or chips, we had things such as teriyaki tuna on a bed of vegetables or risotto served across the week. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection. Staff were fantastic during our stay and they genuinely want you to have a fantastic time. Location is great, take a 5 min walk down into the town and you’ll find a lot of bars and other things to do in the evening. Rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. A note of caution that the showers are open fronted with no screen so there is no privacy in the room when showering. Showers also have a full range of clarins toiletries which was a nice surprise and they smelt amazing. Our only gripes were that there were a few children in the hotel during our stay with their parents, they were in mid teens and it is supposed to be adults only. They must have been bored as it’s certainly not for kids. We also found that cleaners didn’t reach our room most days before 4pm which was annoying.

Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at
I had a massage with Sonela, and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I got the Cretan massage.
Also the staff and everyone has been so kind, and the service has been amazing. Honestly what you would expect at a nice place like this.
Also the breakfast was delicious, I ate so much that I couldn’t make it to lunch lol.
The room was also incredible with the best view. The private pool and patio were a nice touch. Very clean and large.
Would definitely come back.
Great couples massage
We had a wonderful couples message with Michaela and Sonela! It was so relaxing and both did an amazing job helping to relieve tension from our long day of travel! Great start to our honeymoon!
Best back massage and perfect start of a Crete holiday
Great hotel! A small resort vibe in the middle of the city. Rooms are amazing, bed is great. Our room had a small pool on the balcony! We took a massage with the wifey. She wanted one in particular and me too. They accommodated us in the same massage room anyway and that is very nice. Ami did my back massage and boy I didn’t know I had so many deep knots hidden in my back. Ami has golden hands! Michaele massaged my wife and she still speaks about it today! Great 2 days, definitely put us in the mood for holidays! Another great perk? We wanted a cocktail with passion fruit but did not find any on the menu. Mariana just made it on the spot: a passion fruit daiquiri ❤️. We only want passion fruit daiquiri now. Only disappointment is the breakfast. Could be slightly better. Will have to come back here, unfortunately 😂

Thank you for Our stay
Our stay at the hotel was magical. We were a group of three couples staying in three luxurious rooms. The hotel staff was amazing; I must specifically mention Penelope and Maria at the reception, as well as Dina at the Michaela Spa, who gave my wife's father a highly professional massage. The dining room staff was welcoming and attentive to every request. There is just one issue regarding the rooms: The shower area cannot be fully enclosed. Beyond the privacy concern, water splashes everywhere; stepping out onto a wet floor is unpleasant, and it isn't just the floor that gets wet. It would be worth considering a change or finding a way to enclose the shower. Thank you
