The excellent beach hotel Stella Village enjoys a privileged location in Analipsi, only 10 metres away from a private sandy beach. The renowned holiday resort of Hersonissos can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Heraklion, the island's capital where most of the museums as well as an international airport can be found, is just a 20-minute drive away. The hotel provides quick access to highways. The family-friendly hotel offers a range of accommodation types, from rooms to apartments and bungalows. They are bathed in natural light, airy and spacious, and features include air-conditioning, fridge and lateral sea, mountain or garden views. Children will love the mini-club, playground and the 3 children's pools. There are 2 large swimming pools for adults, internet corner and WIFI in the main building, sports facilities as well as two fantastic restaurants and two poolside bars. A wonderful hotel for a family holiday under the Greek sun.

Lovely holiday but some improvements could be made.
Just returned home from a weeks holiday and we had a wonderful time.
Hotel is lovely, clean and the staff are so attentive!
Food is definitely repetitive across the two buffet restaurants. My husband who isn’t a fussy eater managed to find plenty each night but it was very much the same stuff or variations of using not great cuts of meat which means it’s quite faffy to eat (that’s us just critising). I am a fussy eater but managed to find food each night but it did get boring quite quickly as it tended to be the same thing, pizza, pasta etc
Our 3 year old daughter however did struggle. There were no kind of kid offerings I.e. fish fingers, chicken goujons/nuggets etc so she lived on pasta, cucumber and the odd bit of pizza here or there. Something could definitely be improved on there.
We booked a double standard room which we new wouldn’t be massive but we didn’t anticipate it being quite as tight as it was for the three of us. I wouldn’t say that a double room should house 3 people really and if anything more wardrobe space would have been a better use of space. We made it work but it was tight and not ideal. We did enquire about upgrading our room (paying of course) but they were fully booked and could only change us 2 days before the end of our trip which we kindly declined as it would have been too much upheavel. That said the reception staff and management were amazing and called round everywhere to check who had a family room available. We have no complaints there.
Aware the renovations to the hotel have been going ahead since 2024 but some areas could use some TLC as it definitely lets the hotel down I.e. women’s toilets by the toddler splash park. Paint coming off the edge of doors, hole in the wall behind the door where the door handle clearly broke the plaster and did they a quick bodge fix but it looks terrible, toilet roll holder clearly came off the wall at one point and had been patched up there quite badly. Minor little things but they make a huge difference.
The park - great addition and great to have however after the rain one night early in the holiday (day 2 I believe) the smell of the astroturf for the rest of it was absolutely awful as the park is close to one of the swimming pools and the sweet snack bar it was quite off putting.
All that being said it was an absolutely lovely week at Stella Village!

Lovely hotel but the food is not great
The hotel itself is brilliant, every single member of staff is so welcoming and kind, they couldn’t do enough for you, the cocktail menu is quite extensive for an all inclusive and they are good cocktails, they have Gordon’s gin, and Captain Morgan’s rum. The pools are clean, the cleaners clean around the pool every day, the rooms are clean and tidy and have tea and coffee making facilities. We stayed in a superior room, the beds were comfortable, but it is a bog standard room. Restocked bottles of water everyday which your room has a fridge to keep them cool, and clean towels changed daily, have access to a free safe. Aircon worked really well, shower was nice and powerful. However, the food.. it is not 4* quality. We are not fussy eaters but we struggled most nights on what to eat. Occasionally some nights the food was raw, the fruit was brown, there is not much choice considering the size and capacity of the hotel. Occasionally the staff couldn’t keep up with restocking the food. You have the option to book an Al a carte restaurant and if you stay longer than 1 week you get 2 visits, we stayed for 10 nights but could only book 1 visit as it was fully booked which was a shame. The food at the restaurant was the best meal of our stay. I think they could do with another restaurant due to the size of the hotel. It was good having access to the water park at Stella Palace and the use of the snack bar at the water park, I’d say the Stella village misses a snack bar. But overall we had a pleasant stay, I would 100% recommend if the food was better.

Amazing holiday with family!
Fantastic holiday for family of 8
Absolutely fantastic experience. We were family of 8. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay unforgettable. I had birthday during the stay, staff helped family to organize for me a very special surprise with special dinner menu and decorations. Rooms are fantastic, the environment, pools, gardens, aqua park was soooo good.
We have been in this hotel for 3 times now and we will be coming back.
Special shout out to Temo, Mauricio, Linda, Lika, hotel manager and other amazing people making the stay unforgettable.
