This stylish boutique hotel provides tasteful modern accommodation in a peaceful location in a side street in Sissi village and is surrounded by a pretty garden. The beautiful beach and the local harbour are both about 300m away, while Heraklion International Airport (Nikos Kazantzakis) is a short 30-minutes drive away. Restaurants, shopping venues & also the small beautiful harbour can be found in the immediate vicinity (250 meters). Each accommodation unit present a unique stylish decoration with high quality furnishings and top-notch facilities to provide a perfect and relaxing atmosphere & offer to the customer a great holidays experience. The hotel restaurant proposes a varied menu of Cretan and international dishes as well as a delicious continental breakfast buffet, while the pool bar serves light appetisers, soft drinks, fresh juices and cocktails. During the day, guests may lounge by one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools, practise some exercise in the fitness centre and relax in the sauna, steam bath or the outdoor hot tub. Other hotel services include a 24-hour reception, free wireless service, a beauty salon and great business facilities.

Glorious return visit
The only hotel we have ever made a return visit to and we have not been disappointed! We loved our previous visit to Sissi so much we had to come back again and would not have stayed anywhere but Angela Suites. Katherine and George have remembered us from our last visit two years ago, and all the staff have been as perfect and welcoming as before. We have had breakfast at the hotel and it has been as delicious as ever. It is a quiet location with a gorgeous view of mountains in the distance. The hotel is located a short 5-10 min walk to all the local restaurants, bars and shops which suited us to walk off all the lovely dinners we have enjoyed. Our daughter has been excited to be reunited with the hotel cat - Cinnamon ❤️ Nothing is too much trouble and the hotel makes incredible efforts to meet all the guests needs. There has always been sunbeds available by the pool and we have taken advantage of many pool days enjoying full sunshine with optional shade from available umbrellas. We have not used the spa facilities but would definitely factor it in for when we return again. I agree with other reviews - take your own hairdryer, although it is so hot it does not take any time for hair to dry naturally! It goes without saying we will be back and Angela Suites remains a firm favourite for us.
Perfect quiet trip to sissi
If you plan to visit sissi we can't rate this hotel highly enough. From start to finish all staff were friendly, welcoming and smiling. The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job everyday with clean towels, fresh water bottles and keeping the room spotless. A great choice of food and drinks around the pool/snackbar in the daytime. It's a lovely friendly quiet hotel which was just perfect and a perfect location to stroll to the harbour, village or beach. Pools kept very clean, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to relax. Garden is kept looking beautiful. Would definitely visit again when we return to sissi.
An excellent 3.5* Hotel. This is NOT a 5*
We recently returned from a lovely stay at Angela Suites. We had a spacious deluxe double room with balcony which unfortunately didn't have a view. We were in a block of 9, the bottom 3 having direct access to their own pool. We all faced onto the side wall of another block which was disappointing. The room was spotless, however quite dated, including the bathroom.
Breakfast was satisfactory and served until 10.30. The breakfast staff were so friendly and very attentive.
The pool was 1.4m in depth throughout. Never any problem getting a sunbed during the day. Pool towels are also provided by the Hotel.
The Angela Studio Apts are across the road and have full use of the Hotels facilities. These are 3 star and the apartments have views of the mountains. If we were to return in the future we would definitely choose the Studios. The tourist tax for these is €2 per night compared to the €15 per night we paid on checkout for 11 nights! A huge amount when really there is no real difference between the 2 accommodations.
Please bear in mind the Hotel is not 5* This is an excellent 3.5* Hotel which we would return to again. If you come expecting 5* you will be disappointed. Fortunately, we read the reviews before we came and knew not to expect 5*

Lovely short stay and close by to everything
Had a short 7 day visit with family but would have been happy to stay longer. Rooms large with everthing in the rooms. Great air con. Spotless and well cleaned with lovely maids. Staff were superb from hotel reception to all of the staff at breakfast who were very attentive. Their was a young grump of bar man in the evenings who was difficult but you always get one. The suites are in great location for shops, bars etc. Supermarkets close by ( left out of hotel, then turn right and walk past the large church which takes you to one of main streets ) I prefered the smaller supermarket , on the right at end of street which was much cheaper and friendly. Beach is short walk if you turn right out of hotel, tricky to find but put google maps on. Pool area nice and no problem getting a bed. Prices ok but food is good and you dont have to leave sunbed except to order, All in all a great stay and we would book here again without hesitation .
