Guests can explore the lovely nature around the Agios Nikolaos Lake, which is only 15 minutes away. Furthermore, the beautiful Vai palm forest is 95 km away. Heraklion Airport is about 64 km from the resort. This deluxe waterfront hotel is an excellent 129-room establishment, set in a tranquil, colourful location surrounded by flower-filled gardens. There is a well-equipped conference room with wireless Internet access point for business travellers, whilst leisure guests are provided with a games room, TV lounge and a variety of services. Guests can wine and dine in the bar and restaurant or give themselves over to relaxation at the SPA. An outdoor pool and various land and water sports are available for active recreation.

Absolutely incredible room with the most breathtaking view. Everything was beautifully designed, elegant and so thoughtfully prepared. The lovely welcome and the upgrade made the experience even more special. Truly unforgettable — thank you for making our stay so amazing!
Art of life and vacation
We had a lovely stay at this amazing art hotel. The bungalow situated at the waters edge was beautifully decorated with a relaxing and homely feel. We visited all the restaurants and both the service and the food was otherwordly. The knowledge about food and wine was exceptional and I was recomeneded potentially the best wine I ever had in my life there. It is a beautfil spot for a calm and relaxing getaway and even thoe it was fully booked it felt calm, relaxing and not crowded.

Perfect Stay
We celebrated our wedding at the Minos Beach Art Hotel, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. The experience was perfect and began many months before our stay. The hotel’s guest relations manager, Helena, helped us organize an intimate wedding from distance with dedication and total availability, which made the whole experience feel like family and provided care before, during, and after our stay that exceeded our best expectations. On top of that, we received an incredible room upgrade for us, the bride and groom. We brought our family with us, and everyone was impressed by the service, the amenities, and the attention to detail. The hotel is spectacular, the staff is incredible, the food is delicious and beautifully presented, the water is crystal clear, and the scenery is magical. We will definitely return to relive these unforgettable days spent in Agios Nikolaos.
High end oasis with walking access to Agios Nickolaos
Fantastic sunny destination very convenient to Agios Nikolaos. Can walk to town. Charming grounds with shade from landscaping. Individual villas, some with better seaside access than others. The main pool never seems too crowded, N.B. pool is not heated. Many chairs on a small beach or on rock decks next to Sea. Can jump in to swim also. A few villas have plunge pools, if you can afford this, it changes the whole dynamic and adds a level of privacy and luxury well worth it. Breakfast is very good, plentiful. On site restaurants are very good and sophisticated. Parking is a moderate challenge in the small lots but valet will park for you if needed. Generally very nice staff. Pre arrival planning is helpful but three is an element of mystery involved for those accustomed to verification and iron clad arrangements (true for Greece generally). Maybe one hour drive on highway from Heraklion. Great spot to enjoy a holiday.
