Very disappointed with our choice of hotel. We arrived late and shown to our room which was definitely not what we booked. It was so small. Bathroom dirty. Wardrobe door broken and exposed wires on bedside light. We were moved to a much larger room with a lovely sea view, but still the cleanliness was not up to standard. Costos on reception very helpful. Breakfast bland and cold. Pool area ok but sunbeds stained and ripped. Lots of steps and difficult to find our way around. Loved Elounda but would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel needs some serious TLC. Faulty appliances, cold showers and shaker hanging off the pipe. Breakfast is disgusting, cold and bland! Pool nice, but sunbeds all ripped and stained. Loads of steps to the rooms and it’s like a maze. Reception never manned and when you complain nothing happens - Elounda lovely but will stay somewhere else.

Great hotel in perfect location
Just come back from 6 nights at this hotel. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We arrived late at night and there was an issue with our room. By next morning it was all sooted and we moved room after being given a choice of 4 others. I have read other comments about breakfast but don’t agree, there was plenty of options what ever you wanted. I agree with other comments that perhaps cleaning could have been abit better. The location is perfect near beach and all restaurants many of which are on the sea front. I would definitely return. A big thank you to Sofia and Konstantina and Konstantinos always happy to help and always had a smile on their face.
