We are ideally located in the tranquil resort of Kato Gouves, 600m away from a sandy beach and very close in walking distance from shops, restaurants and bars.
CretAquarium, the International Exhibition Center of Crete and the picturesque village of Gouves are accessible within walking distance or a short drive. The Cretan Golf Club and two of the largest water parks are only a short drive away from our properties. Heraklion city, appox. 17 km. Our Hotels are easily accessed from Heraklion Intern. airport (14 km) and Heraklion port (17 km). Additionally taxi, car rental service is offered and the local bus station is only 150 m away from the hotel.

Incredible massage (candlelight couples)
Absolutely incredible massage!! I have had many before, but not like this, Emma and Anna found both mine and my husbands tight areas, without prompt. They are very knowledgeable about massage and knew exactly where to massage to relieve tension in some areas I never knew I had! I was stretched, my circulation is loads better and I feel totally relaxed! Amazing!

Oversold
We chose a smaller hotel than usual for peace and quiet. We were disappointed! Having seen the photos on the TUI website and also the hotel’s we were definitely oversold our accommodation Our first room was right next to the pool bar - which is the only bar we had access to - and noise from there kept us awake. The bathroom was very small, not an issue usually but the shower cubicle fittings were very badly rusted making it feel grubby. We were able to change rooms the next day and raised the issue about the bathroom being unlike those shown, to be told they were in the Sensus area and that they were not responsible for the photos published by TUI. The new room was quieter but had a connecting door which meant we could hear the conversation in the next room. Fortunately the neighbours were quiet. The pool areas are very busy and when we first arrived sun-beds were all reserved by 8 am even though there are signs saying that personal items would be removed. Public areas were well maintained and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Food was fairly varied and we also tied the à la carte restaurant which had different themes each night. We were on an all inclusive package but this did not give access to all of the cocktails on offer and we were also expected to pay for bottled water - not something I have encountered anywhere else, ever. A disappointing experience and not a hotel I will be returning to
