Spa experience
Really loved this spa! The atmosphere was amazing and so relaxing. I had a massage with Dominika and she was super caring and attentive.
Entertainment team
The entertainment team(giulia, stella, riccardo and emily) was so amazing they were a lot of fun. They organize a lot of fun activiteis. And they were very enthusiastic.they were vary nice to everyone. I had the best holiday because of them.👍

The rooms were a bit worn. Cleaning was okay, though I had to ask for clean towels several times since they weren't being changed. The food was okay, but could have used a bit more seasoning. A few of the receptionists were really rude; I asked for help with something, and the service was truly unpleasant. Definitely not up to 4-star hotel standards. The hotel was located a bit far from the beach and the city center.
