Nana Golden Beach

This was an amazing holiday! It wasn’t our first stay at all-inclusive hotels in Turkey or Greece, but it was our first trip with our two-year-old daughter. Given her age, we were looking for a truly family-oriented hotel packed with on-site attractions, as sightseeing with such a young child can still be a challenge. Nana Golden Beach turned out to be a hit – a place where there is no shortage of activities for both children and adults. It's a hotel where, even if you tried to look for flaws, you simply wouldn't find any. I'll start with the biggest asset of this place – the staff. I have never met such kind, smiling, and helpful people in any other hotel. Throughout our entire stay, we felt that the team genuinely wanted to make our holiday special and unforgettable. At the reception, we were welcomed by Afrodita – someone who made a huge impression on us right from the start. She made us feel completely taken care of, and we knew we could turn to her for anything. Afrodita is a true gem of this hotel! I must also mention Diana, who was incredibly professional in helping us choose à la carte restaurants and greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast in the main restaurant – an extraordinarily warm and helpful person. The girls from Guest Relations were also lovely and very helpful (sorry I didn't remember your names!). Huge thanks go to all the waiters in the main restaurant and the Poseidon restaurant. I would especially like to highlight Maria during breakfast in the main restaurant and Anastasia at dinner. Of course, in every restaurant, the entire staff was delightful and helpful. Food: The food in the main restaurant is delicious and very diverse – both we and our two-year-old always found something for ourselves. I really appreciate the concept of staff serving the food. From a hygiene perspective, it is a much better solution than guests serving themselves. Beach and pools: A huge plus is the great availability of sunbeds and beach gazebos, which are free and do not require prior reservation (a rarity in other hotels!). There was never an issue with finding a free spot by the pool or on the beach. Attractions for kids: The splash park was an absolute hit – our daughter loved it! A great Kids Club with a zone for toddlers (both indoors and outdoors), as well as a mini-disco and evening shows that brought so much joy to our little girl. The beach itself is located in a charming bay, which is a huge advantage with small children and gives a sense of safety. Diving Center: My husband goes diving on almost all our holidays and admitted that this time it was the best pre-dive briefing, a great trial in the pool, and a wonderful dive right off the beach near the hotel. He is thrilled with the instructors' professionalism. Rooms: Nice, spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The minibar was replenished daily. Summary: The hotel is large, designed in the style of a charming Cretan village. Thanks to the well-thought-out layout, you don't feel the crowd at all. Everything is extremely well cared for, and everyone will find something for themselves here. However, the wonderful staff is the greatest treasure of this place – they made us feel truly special.

Konstantina and all the staff at Thalahassa restaurant are exceptional- a gorgeous welcome every morning for breakfast - they literally can not do enough for you - breakfast is delicious with so much choice- thank you to all who make every day so special

Highly recommend. Literally something for every one of any age. Food is 5*. Staff 5* and no one can do enough for you. Once you have been you will want to come again!
