Thee Best Hotel experience!!
I would just like to express as much as possible, just how fantastic our stay at Nana Princess suites and villas was, from the very first our arrival was seamless, smooth and the most welcoming from Robert, we were impressed from the beginning, our room was beautiful, spacious and as all the resort, spotlessly clean, no detail was missed, comfortable and relaxing comes to mind, our experience throughout our 11 day stay in room 414 was absolutely fantastic, breakfast is a wonderful experience with beautiful music in the background played by a saxophonist or pianist, but I have to say the one thing that stood out for us, apart from all the beautiful surroundings we were in, was the whole team of staff!! Never have I experienced such welcoming people, too many to name but all made us so so welcome and nothing was too much trouble, a special shout out to The Artemis Bar team of Chrysa and Alex, they are such a credit to your hotel, also lovely Kasi and Precious at breakfast and in the restaurants, they are superb and lovely Dora also, but absolutely everyone was outstanding, the lovely gents in the buggies also, and the lovely housekeeping staff also, our favourite restaurant was the Seafood one, exceptional experience, but also concierge staff gave us fantastic advice of local Tavernas which we wanted to experience, even when it was time to leave our vacation, it’s the first time I actually felt emotional leaving a hotel, we WILL return, we 100% recommend this beautiful relaxing hotel, it’s a whole different level with beautiful people to welcome you, Thankyou All Lynn & Kieran

Wonderful hotel and staff
We stayed at the Nana Princess 10-17 Sept. On arrival Robert showed us round on the electric buggy which was really good so we could see everything on the site. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with our own pool , very clean and a massive bed which had wonderful pillows best we have ever slept in. The sheets and towels were changed every day - heaven. Food was wonderful recommend the beef and lamb. All the staff were so helpful special mention to Robert, Sophie, Roland at the beach, Precious, Lovely, Kacy and Claudio in the restaurants were so helpful and really sweet. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Would recommend the happy train tour which is fun.

Outstanding in every way!
We have traveled extensively throughout Europe and without a doubt this is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed out! The facilities are beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The spa is amazing with and the sauna/steam room area is off the charts. We had a junior sea front suite with a small private pool that provided a beautfiul view. It had a well stocked mini bar, beautiful bath and gave us more than enough room to spread out during our four night stay. The pool/beach was also fantastic, especially the cabanas. The curtains were extremely helpful in blocking the sun at various stages of the day. However, what truly makes this hotel standout is the service and staff! Everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, made us feel welcome and appreciated. This was also true in both restaurants as well as the beach area. In fact, the food/drink service at the beach was truly extraordinary! With the touch of a button, one of the wait staff would arrive promptly delivering drinks/food in short order. We also have to acknowledge one individual specifically. For three days, Roland provided us with standout service along the beach. He was amazingly attentive, kind and extremely personable. His caring demeanor made our time at the beach truly special and we cannot thank him enough! Thanks to everyone at this amazing oasis in Crete!

Wow 🤩
The hotel is in a great location only a quick taxi ride away from stalis and hersonissos, with a supermarket opposite if needed. We were upgraded from a two bed villa to a three bed villa with our own gym and steam room,absolutely amazing. The villa had all mod cons in which accentuated the 5 star experience. We were given the what’s app concierge upon arrival and used it consistently throughout our stay. The staff just couldn’t do enough for you they even sourced me a dongle to watch boxing on the tv one night. For this,Joanna in concierge services gets a massive thumbs up. The staff definitely go the extra mile here and really make your stay 5 star. Breakfast is good and the main pools are good too. I would definitely recommend the restaurant meat in point this was amazing along with their staff, who always remembered our drinks order from previous visits(Malibu)which goes along way in our book. The seafood one was ok but not on a par with the other one. My only niggle with the holiday was you lost the sun on your own pool by 1pm and just not enough variety of restaurants in the complex so you had to eat out which we did on the recommendations of the hotel. Again another great job! Loads of nice shops and the bar in main reception with cigars is another plus point. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back! Also try the beef carpaccio it’s amazing !!

Our fourth stay – and definitely not our last ❤️
This was our fourth stay at Nana Princess, and once again we had a truly wonderful time. There is a reason why we keep coming back: from the moment we arrive, we feel genuinely welcome and exceptionally well looked after.
The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really makes Nana Princess so special is the people. The level of service is outstanding – warm, attentive and personal without ever feeling intrusive. Everyone seems to genuinely care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible.
We travelled as a family of four and enjoyed every single day. Our suite with private pool was beautiful, the entire resort is exceptionally well maintained, breakfast was excellent, and we loved spending our days by the beach and pool. Everything feels calm, elegant and luxurious, while at the same time being wonderfully relaxed for a holiday.
A very special thank you to Chrysa from Guest Relations, who made us feel incredibly welcome and took such lovely care of us. Our seven-year-old son Lucas absolutely adored her – we had barely arrived back home in Germany before he told us that he already missed her. ❤️
Thank you to Chrysa and the entire Nana Princess team for giving our family another very special holiday and so many lovely memories.
We are already looking forward to our fifth stay. For us, that probably says more than anything else.
