⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Family Holiday We’ve Ever Had
I genuinely don’t know where to begin. This is, without question, the best hotel we have ever stayed in and the best family holiday we’ve ever had.
My wife, our two children (aged 8 and 4), and I have just returned home, and although I’m usually someone who loves getting back to my own house after a holiday, this was the first time we all agreed we simply didn’t want to leave.
From the moment you arrive, you know you’re somewhere special. You’re given a WhatsApp number and told that if you need absolutely anything, at any time of the day or night, just send a message. Within minutes, someone from the team replies and takes care of it. Whether it’s booking one of the restaurants, calling a buggy to take you to the pool or beach, arranging a taxi, or recommending places to visit, everything is handled effortlessly. It allows you to completely switch off and enjoy your holiday without a single worry.
The rooms are absolutely stunning. We had our own private pool, which was immaculate throughout our stay, and every part of the accommodation felt luxurious. The housekeeping team did an incredible job, cleaning the room every single day to the highest standard. Everything, from the bedding and furniture to the toiletries and finishing touches, felt premium quality. No expense has been spared anywhere in the hotel.
The service throughout the hotel is simply on another level. The grounds are immaculate, the pools are stunning, and there are so many staff that you’re never left waiting. Whether you’re at breakfast, relaxing by the pool, or on the beach, drinks, snacks, and anything else you need arrive almost immediately. Even during the school holidays, the hotel never feels crowded. There are always plenty of sunbeds, peaceful spots to relax, and an overwhelming sense of exclusivity and tranquillity.
Before travelling, we were slightly concerned that Nana Princess might be geared more towards adults than families, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. It is absolutely fantastic for children while still feeling luxurious for adults. Guests also have full access to the neighbouring Nana Golden Beach, where you can enjoy the fantastic water park, evening entertainment, and children’s shows. Whenever we wanted to go over, we simply called for a buggy, and within minutes we were there. Once we’d finished, another buggy would take us straight back to the peace and luxury of Nana Princess. It really is the best of both worlds.
Having visited both, there honestly isn’t a comparison. Nana Golden Beach is a lovely hotel, but Nana Princess is on a completely different level in terms of luxury, service, and overall experience.
What made the holiday truly unforgettable, though, was the people. Every single member of staff genuinely cares about making your stay perfect. A special mention has to go to Konstantinos, one of the buggy drivers, who was an absolute gentleman. Every day he would pick flowers for our daughter because he knew how much she loved them. He also spent time talking with our son, sharing stories about his own family and saying things that genuinely meant a lot to us. It’s those little acts of kindness that you’ll remember forever. Sophia on reception was also exceptional, and every member of the team deserves enormous credit.
Thank you all for giving us eight unforgettable days in paradise.
If you’re considering staying at Nana Princess, don’t hesitate. It is worth every single penny. We’ve been fortunate enough to stay in some wonderful hotels over the years, but nothing has come close to this. We left with memories that will stay with us forever, and we genuinely can’t wait to return.
An Unforgettable Luxury Experience at Nana Princess
Our stay at Nana Princess was truly wonderful. We had an amazing and relaxing vacation while also enjoying the many activities the resort offers. The luxury experience exceeded our expectations, and the seaside was simply breathtaking.
What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided a genuinely personal approach.
A special thank you to the wonderful hostesses, Sofia and Joanna, who made us feel at home from the very first day. Their warmth, professionalism, and prompt response to every request made our stay exceptionally comfortable.
We would also like to thank Zaza at Artemis Bar, Alek for his excellent service, and Dimitris, our friendly buggy driver, who all contributed to making our vacation even more enjoyable.
We also had a fantastic gastronomic experience at Eternal Blue and Meat In Point. A heartfelt thank you to all the chefs, waiters, and staff for the creative dishes, outstanding service, and unforgettable dining experiences.
Nana Princess is a truly special place, and we look forward to returning.

We had an outstanding experience at Nana Princess. The food was excellent, and one of the things that impressed us the most was the chef’s willingness to prepare special dishes upon request from one day to the next.
Our room was exceptional—spacious, comfortable, spotless, and beautifully designed. The beach is stunning, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, with friendly and professional staff always ready to help. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the entire resort was kept exceptionally clean.
The fitness center is modern and very well equipped, making it easy to maintain your workout routine while on vacation.
Most importantly, every request we had was handled promptly and exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made our stay truly memorable.
We highly recommend Nana Princess to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday with exceptional service.

Creten Luxury!
NaNa Princess Resort is just a short drive from Heraklion Airport. The resort is stunning and even though it is a fairly large resort, the vibe is more of a 5-star Boutique Hotel.
Our Junior Suite Pool Front was perfect for us. Close to the beach and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the plunge pool was more private than the pictures show. House Cleaners were very thorough and our room was spotless every day. Given that most of the families with Children frequent the NaNa Beach, it was very quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast was amazing. The pics online do not do it justice. Our servers Lovely, Precious and Violen, were absolutely wonderful and brought joy to our mornings. Dimitrius, the Manager, greeted us every morning with a smile and to check if we needed anything. Special shout out to Pappi who serenaded us with lovely music every morning. It really is a great way to start your day!
While the sand beach is relatively small, it is well maintained and the sheltered cove is mostly sand. Be careful as there are a few rocks. My one and only complaint is the small actual swimming area. I love to take long swims and I swim with an open water bouy to identify my position. As soon as I passed through the entrance of the cove out into the sea, I was asked to move back into the cove. This is due to all of their sister resort jet skis and speed boats right next door. We even had hotel guests from their sister resort trying to figure out how to get to our cove just for a little swim as they couldn't go much deeper than a meter into the water. You should find another area or build a pier away from the coves so guest can swim and enjoy the water more. imho
The staff on the beach were absolutely wonderful. All of them treated us like Greek Demi-Gods. Special shout outs to Visili (Vanilla) and Roland. You guys were awesome. Thanks for taking such good care of us.
The front desk staff were very helpful in arranging transportation and providing dinner rec's. Kastas (bellman) was always a joy when we saw him and would stop to chat with us to see if we needed a ride or anything for that matter. We loved his vibe man!
My wife said she had a wonderful massage by Lena, one of the best she has ever had. While the spa area looked enticing, all I did was workout in the gym.
Katerina, manager, checked us in and oriented us to the layout of the resort. Throughout our stay she would stop by to chat or check in to see if we needed anything. She went above and beyond spoiling us. All of the staff there are so wonderful. It was such a joy to interact with all of you and you made our trip all the more special!
Tips: We like to have wine in the room for evening and I had some shipped to the hotel from Siganos. Highly recommend.
Have dinner at Nikkos the Fisherman. Beautiful location and wonderful seafood.

Exceptional Service & an Unforgettable Luxury Experience
A truly exceptional experience – 5 stars!
Our stay at Nana Princess Suites was absolutely wonderful. From the excellent food to the outstanding service, everything was truly at the highest level.
We especially appreciated how attentive the team was to our individual requests. The kitchen prepared dishes especially for us upon request, we could choose our preferred type of pillow, and we were even offered a late check-out because our flight was in the evening.
The beach and pool are beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable, with housekeeping twice a day, and every detail is carefully taken care of.
The staff are incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely attentive. We were regularly asked about our experience and if there was anything they could do to make our stay even better.
Nana Princess Suites is a place where you truly feel cared for. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings and an amazing team. We would definitely return!
