Food is amazing and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean and air con worked. You need it in the heat. Our room was outside the hotel the view was not so great. They said it is a suite, the other suites had lovely swimming pools. When you booked they need to tell you the room is not in the hotel. Swimming pool was okay, it will be nice if the sun beds were around the swimming pool. You need water shoes to go for a swim. The water is great. All the restaurants have great food and drinks. Go on the train and coach to see all the old villages and see the olive fabric. Do the Nemo glass boat with Lovely swimming and snorkelling. Parasailing was wow.
The positive points about this hotel are the location and the staff. The location is great, right on the front and near everything. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and attentive, they couldn't do enough for us. The hotel itself is clean. There were always sun beds available, whatever the time of day and they are really good quality. They are situated in a grassy area which is pleasant enough, but could do with a tidy up, broken lights and chairs around the area. The very small pool is around a corner from the sun beds and you can't sunbathe around it. It was clean and adequate but sometimes got unpleasant for us in the afternoons when the men/boys woke up and took it over. The pool wasn't always opened on time. One afternoon they had a kick around with a football in between the sun beds. The hotel , when we were there, had a mix of couples, female and male groups, it didn't have a sophisticated adult vibe, especially when they started shouting across the balconies to each other. The room was clean and it was cleaned daily. The shower was a wet room arrangement but it didn't drain properly so the floor of the room got wet. The double bed was two single beds pushed together which is not good enough. The air conditioning was fine. There was enough room to hang clothes. The balcony was ok but there was no privacy glass between the rooms. There was a bar next to the grassy area but this was only for all inclusive guests only. This seemed a strange arrangement as we would have bought drinks and food during the day but we went to nearby shops instead, saved our money. We could have gone inside to the hotel bar but it wasn't as convenient. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning and as previously mentioned, the staff were exceptional. The food was more or less the same every day although sometimes there was sweetcorn available instead of potatoes. The eggs were always excellent, freshly cooked along with pancakes and waffles. The sausages were always hot dogs, cut up, fried or whole, but hot dogs. The was an adequate selection of fruit, bread, jams, yoghurts, cereals but nothing spectacular. There were no labels on anything so it was a guess as to what some of the food was. One thing that I have never experienced in all the hotel breakfasts I have EVER had was having to queue up and ask a member of staff for juice and coffee. There was one drink area so this got busy and put us off getting more drinks, which maybe this system is designed to do. Nevertheless, it was tedious.
We stayed one week in a superior room. Myself and my husband are late 40s and had a fantastic time here the staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel is very nice and kept super clean. Maid service everyday. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was lovely a huge variety every morning. There are2 restaurants attached to the hotel and they also were lovely food with generous portions and not expensive. My husband used the gym a few times and loved the roof top view while working out. The area does have a lot of younger people enjoying themselves but it didn’t affect our holiday at all. We went to lots of lovely beaches and other pools around the area and further in a car we hired for 2 days. I’d definitely come back here again
The barkeeper is the best on the whole island he makes good drinks and also the manager is really sweet I would recoment this hotel to everybody on the whole world
Good nice location couples holiday very good
