Amazing time
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed every moment of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nadia, who was always there to help us with evething. She welcomed us warmly every day, which made us feel very special and created such a lovely atmosphere. The hotel is very well maintained, clean and nice. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious! There was always plenty of food available, no matter what time we came to the restaurant, and there was a great variety to choose from. There was also so much to do — swimming pools, sports courts, the beach and lots of activities and entertainment. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!
Fantastic place for family
Miss Nadia from main entrance to the restaurant is always pleasant, kind, helpfull and smiling all the time. We are big group of 14 people, and she's always prepared to make our time during meals memorable. Restaurant food is amazing. We are happy to try cusine of Crete. And when our kids want something 'modern' like pizza or spagetti, its always available. Hotel Roomster are well prepared. Everything what is needed to have comfortable time. Many swimming pools. Each one is great. And beautiful beach located next to hotel.

Zero Empathy For Sick Toddler
We arrived at 9:30 AM with our 18-month-old daughter, who developed a high fever of 40°C (104°F) on the way. The parents here will now how helpless and miserable you feel in these moments.
Before and upon arrival, we begged for an early check-in. I offered to pay for an extra night or an upgrade (incase other room available), just to get our sick child into a room to rest and recover. The only response was a cold "we passed your request to housekeeping."
We waited for hours in the lobby. I spoke with the duty manager, but received zero empathy or help. Meanwhile, dozens of other families arrived after us and received their rooms after a short wait for housekeeping, which means no housekeeper has changed his path, and who knows if there’s actually been a request by reception.
Management preferred to leave a crying, feverish toddler waiting in the lobby rather than find a solution.
No matter how good the food or slides may be, hospitality starts with humanity. A hotel that ignores a sick child has failed at the basics for me.
