Grecotel Lux Me White Palace

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grecotel LUXME White and can highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a Double Room with a Swim-Up Pool (Garden View), which was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The entire resort is well maintained and has a fantastic atmosphere.

The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you goes to Chrisanthi at the reception for her kindness and for arranging a late check-out for us without any hassle. We would also like to thank Giorgos in the buffet restaurant for his warm hospitality. My girlfriend especially enjoyed the daily morning yoga and Pilates sessions with Anna—they were relaxing, professional, and the perfect way to start the day.

We tried every restaurant during our stay, and the food was excellent throughout. The quality, variety, and service exceeded our expectations, and every request was handled with great care.

Overall, we would rate our stay a clear 10/10. Thank you to the entire Grecotel LUXME White team for making our holiday so special. We are already looking forward to coming back!

This was our second Grecotel we have been to. All I can say is this is a must go to hotel, no faults at all and I am a fussy person when It comes to holidays.

We travelled with a 3 and 5 year old, and had a family sea view room , sea view room is definitely worth the extra money.

Breakfast- fresh bread, lots of pastries, cereal,yoghurt,fruit, cold meats and salads, cooked breakfast, pancakes, omelettes of your choice made. Literally couldn’t ask for more.

Lunch and dinner- always so much cooked food and so many choices it was different every day, they always make fresh pizzas, always have plain pasta with choice of sauces for children. You can book to the other restaurants best to do beforehand on the app, if your children are fussy you can just grab them food from the buffet and take with you. Highly recommend the Asian restaurant was superb.

Staff are so so friendly and amazing with kids couldn’t be nicer. Always willing to help.

Pools- main pool is near the beach but the children’s pool is right next to the Grecotel kids club and they have canopy over the pool so it’s more shaded. Also right next to the kids pool is another pool and a bar, they serve lunch at this bar like club sandwich, Chips, salad , hot dog etc

Sun beds- always managed to get a sun bed and a lot of days there were still free beds, this was really good that you didn’t need to worry about rushing to the pool.

Kids entertainment- fab for the kids there was a night called imagination station where they had acrobatics and they were amazing for the kids a great show. They do movie night and give the children a little bag of popcorn.

Transfer from Heraklion airport is an hour. But free transfer

You can also visit the other Grecotels which have water parks you do have to pay for a taxi but drinks and snacks are free there.

Rooms really modern and clean and stylish and grounds of the hotel are immaculate

The location, the sea views and sunsets are stunning. It's even better than it looks in the pictures !

Before we arrived the reservations team accommodated all of our requests for restaurant bookings as we were celebrating my wife’s birthday with other relatives and wanted to make sure we could all dine in “The White” on her birthday and sample the other restaurants together during our stay.

All of the staff are amazing. From the poolside waiters and waitresses ( Especially Yiannis & Anna) , to the cocktail team at the bars, the various restaurant staff, reception teams, all the fitness crew, cleaners and gardeners we cannot thank all of you enough for making our stay exceptional and very personal.

We can highly recommend this hotel and would love to return should we visit this wonderful island in the future.
