Definitely not a five star Arrived at 3am on Saturday not even welcome drink we as to ask for a glass of water, went up in lift and carpets in hall way dirty paint chipping on walls entered room which was very nice and view to beach. I used a glass in bathroom on the Tuesday and left toothpaste on the glass it was still there 7 days later. The restaurant the whole time I was there i never had a hot meal it was always cold even though there was a large variety they have Greek night and the meat was half cooked also a fish nigh with variety of fish but next day it was on the menu. On day of leaving I went to pay bar bill and was given a price I said this is not right and they said behind desk Tourist Tax of Tax and the manger was on his way in to hotel and asked me if they done anything wrong all I said was Tourist Tax and he just said have a nice trip and walked off.
If this is not an arrogant and rude man I don't know what is. I have stayed in 3 star hotels across the world and had better service and treatment.

Will I ever return definitely not!!!!!

This is heaven. What an all round perfect hotel. It's clean, and spacious and the staff are all polite and efficient and helpful. A special thanks to Manos at reception who calmly and professionally delt with all of my questions about everything! There is a beautiful pool with a whirlpool that has a small amount of sun chairs - I loved it here. It's quiet and calm and perfectly restful. There's another sun terrace with another pool, which has more loungers and overlooks the beach across the road. Waiter service covers both of these areas for drinks, and you can ask the roaming staff, or use the app to order. The hotel also has a chunk of sunbeds across the road on the beach, and I believe that the waiter service covers this too, although we didn't visit the beach. There is a cafe-bar where you can chill and get drinks and food. The main restaurant is excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's a huge variety of quality food, all refilled throughout the service. The staff here are so efficient and friendly too. There is also an A-la-carte restaurant which is incredible. The staff are excellent, and the food is fantastic. I definitely would say that this isn't a hotel for young families - it's more for couples, and an older clientele for those wanting some space and time away from busyness and noise. However, if you do want something more lively, a walk along the promenade (maybe 15-20 mins) takes you to the strip of restaurants and bars for cocktails and delicious food. Keep going a little farther and you'll get to the Old Town where scores of "back streets" are packed with shoes, restaurants, cafes, bars, ice cream parlours etc., (Absolutely worth a visit, and the hotel will happily call you a taxi if you'd prefer.)
