The hotel comprises a total of 104 rooms all offering separate air conditioning, satellite TV and a balcony with a view of the sea, the mountain or the garden. Leisure facilities include a sweet water outdoor pool with separate children's area, free sun beds & umbrellas and a garden area. Guests are welcomed to indulge themselves at the SPA with a sauna or a massage treatment or exercise at the on-site gym. A playroom with various table sports and videogames is available inside, garden chess at guest's disposal at the garden. Special events such as a magic show, Greek night, and Oriental dance show are all included in the programme provided for guest's entertainment.

A little gem!
My standards are fairly high when it comes to hotels, and this one really exceeded my expectations. I was initially put off by the lack of reviews when booking, but honestly, don’t let this put you off!
I was so impressed with Odyssia Beach Hotel, especially considering how reasonably priced it was. Our room was newly refurbished, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location was another highlight. The hotel is right on the beach, and we watched the sunset every evening straight from outside our room. You can also hire sun beds on the beach for the day, which was perfect. It’s within walking distance of Rethymno along the beachfront, so it was really easy to head into town while still being away from the hustle and bustle.
Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and plenty of choice. The cakes were especially yummy! We also enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel, including a very good Sex on the Beach!
There’s a shop on site which was surprisingly cheap and really convenient for picking up anything we needed. The hotel also has parking, with an overflow car park available if you pay a €10 deposit.
There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. Our mini fridge initially wasn’t working, but after contacting maintenance, this was dealt with promptly and a brand-new fridge was fitted. The jacuzzi in our room was unfortunately not clean - there was a visible layer of sun cream sitting on the surface, so we decided not to use it. The pool itself was also quite small, although there were always plenty of sun beds available.
Despite these minor issues, they certainly wouldn’t stop us from returning. We really enjoyed our stay and felt that Odyssia Beach Hotel was excellent value for money. A lovely little gem that deserves more recognition!

Lovely relaxing vacation
Wonderful location, very friendly staff, lovely massage (by Georgia!), and calm relaxing atmosphere.

Rooms were quite small but tidy. Staff in the restaurant/bar seem uninterested and mostly unfriendly. Nice view from the restaurant.

Relaxing Body Scrub, Massage + Aloe Vera Mask
It was my first time at the Melody Spa. The professional receptionist Anna & masseur Tania both were very accommodating and nice. For me a must-do if you visit is to go get the full body experience and the Aloe Vera Body Mask for a relaxing an soothing treat for your skin after a long day in the sun ☀️

Why close pool at 17.30, if Your on the way and out seeing things and exploring the island, u can’t even enjoy the pool, it’s ridiculous… max 2 stars The rest is overall 3 stars, hotel food, staff nice, shop inside hotel good and cheap, sorroundings are good but damn the pool is actually dumb.
