The hotel is located in Rethymnon, a central town and one of the most delightful in Crete. The hotel is just a short walk from the picturesque Old Town and a few minutes from the large sandy beach.
This beach hotel features a total of 209 well appointed bedrooms and suites decorated in a modern style and with up-to-date facilities. These include a TV lounge, bar, conference facilities, Internet access and room service.ost of the rooms are equipped with one double or one single bed. Each room has an en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower and hairdryer. There is also a fridge, TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, safe deposit box, air conditioning and heating provided.
The hotel offers a variety of daily activities, allowing clients to exercise. Guests can begin their day in the gym and sauna or with a revitalizing massage from an experienced masseur (on request), then continue by taking a swim in the indoor (annex building) or outdoor swimming pool (main building) or simply by enjoying a fresh juice from one of the poolside snack bars while relaxing in the hot tub or on a sun lounger under a parasol. There is also a children's swimming area. Furthermore, guests may play table tennis, pool/snooker or bocce at the hotel and hire sun loungers and parasols on the sandy beach.

An amazing time
We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and had an amazing time, the hotel is very clean and all the staff are very welcoming.
We were upgraded to a bigger room for free due to availability which we were very happy about, the cleaners did a great job on making up the rooms while we were at breakfast, and the pool staff were very attentive with food and drink service.
The area the hotel is located in has so much to explore and I would recommend for all types of holiday as there is something for everyone, the reception staff helped with recommendations and booking a taxi if needed.
I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location let down by "all inclusive" that isn't, and poor staff
We stayed for 4 nights with my wife and had mixed feelings about this hotel. Jet2 were excellent throughout, including the flights — no complaints there at all.
On the plus side, the hotel's location is excellent — close to the beach, shops, and bars, so getting around was never an issue. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, and the facilities (pool area, gym, restaurant) are decent for what you'd expect. The food was good too, especially considering the size of the hotel — better than we anticipated.
Unfortunately, a few things really let the experience down. Check-in got off to a bad start — we were given a room that turned out to already be occupied by other guests. Not the first impression you want after a long journey.
On top of that, the "all inclusive" package is misleading — the drinks selection is very limited, and if you want any of the cocktails from the main list, you're charged extra. That's not what most people expect from all inclusive.
Then there was the staff — particularly at the main pool bar. Service was inattentive, and on more than one occasion the staff were outright rude. It's a shame, because it really put a dampener on what should have been a relaxing stay.
We were only there for 4 nights, so it was bearable, but I'd think twice about booking again unless these issues are addressed.

Relaxing stay and spa
Fantastic week here with our adult children, lovely rooms and just a very relaxing stay. Topped off today with an incredible couple of treatments in the spa, courtesy of Popi & Tania. We would highly recommend
