This appealing hotel enjoys a great location directly beside the beach. It is only a 10 minute walk to typical Greek taverns as well as a range of shops and entertainment venues. This establishment is surrounded by a well-tended garden and welcomes guests with its inviting lobby. Guests will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining as this hotel offers 2 cosy bars and 3 restaurants. The rooms all come with modern amenities and a balcony or terrace, where guests are able to enjoy fantastic views. . Those arriving by car can take advantage of the on-site car park.

Definitely not 5 star
Positives, staff were mostly pleasant, food was adequate, shower in the room good. Negatives. This hotel is nearer a 3 or low end 4 star hotel, definitely not worth the money. Advertised as having 4 restaurants, during our time there was the main buffet restaurant and one à la carte, which consisted of a meal at the snack bar on the fold up seats which sunbathers had been using just before, so were wet and greasy from sun lotion. The sunbed reservation rules sets not followed by the hotel so it was hard to get a sunbed past 9.30. The East side pool was atrocious with a thick green scum around it, so bad at the steps that you could have scooped it up with your hand (see photos). Reported to reception and pool staff bug wasn’t cleaned in the 10 days we were there. Our bedding wasn’t changed for the 10 days we were there. The outlook from our Copper room was across the dining room roof, which had an electric box with wires and the decking covering it had peeling paint all over it. The curtains were torn and the curtain cord was brown and dirty. The 150€ tourist tax is a joke. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else, where they will give you a true 5 star experience

Hotel needs serious updating
Hotel was very dated and tired and needs a serious upgrade. The rooms were ok but no storage in bedside tables or a dressing table with no adequate lighting was annoying. Both pools are not heated. Not allowed to reserve sun beds and had our towels removed when we went to breakfast. Seems if you have your own towels or pegs, your towels are left which seems unfair. Tiles were porcelain around the pool and a huge slip hazard. I managed the whole week and the had a bad fall on the last day caused by water on the tiles. Both trips we booked directly with the hotel were not good. The trip to Heraklion had a very boring guide who spoke in English and French and standing around ruins in the boiling heat with no water offered. Catamaran trip was spoiled by jellyfish in the sea so could not swim. When we complained to hotel, no refund was offered and we paid €120 each for the trip. Food was ok but repetitive and only 1 trip to À la Carte per week. Would not return as this hotel is no where near a 5 star and shouldn’t be marketed as such.
Full body massage
I had a full body massage with Anneta,who was very professional and attentive. Room was adequate,music relaxing. I would recommend while staying at I Resort.

Superb massage with Anneta, very relaxing and professional
4 star food/hotel 5 star price!
On arrival hotel looked great, perfect location ok room, hotel def needs an upgrade to call itself a 5 star. Rooms no different to any 4 star I’ve stayed at in Cyprus. We stayed half board, food more so 4 star, no theme to meals at least half the food is there every day. Though tasty quality and temperature lacking, pasta dish was spaghetti Bol every day. Waiting staff were generally great very attentive but the restaurant manager never smiled and openly shouting at staff who you could see were on edge made dining very unnerving and certainly not what you expect in a 5 star hotel. Sunbed wars every day, guy came round and randomly took towels from beds even taking ours when partner was sat on the bed next to it! Beds around infinity pool very uncomfortable after a while and beds on other side were in extremely poor condition, all paint chipping off every bed and covers and umbrellas extremely faded and looked like they had several seasons useage again expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel, as previously mentioned all 4 star we’ve stayed at in Cyprus were all better than this hotel and with that being all inc and cheaper than I resort. Feel like complaining to Tui but that’ll be a complete waste of time.
