This attractive hotel is situated in a small village called Kato Stalos and it is only 7 km away from the city of Chania, 19 km from the port of Souda and 23 km from airport. This establishment promises guests an unforgettable stay. Guests who may have forgotten to pack certain necessities can pay a visit to the conveniently located on-site supermarket. All rooms are tastefully decorated and fully equipped with a small kitchen and have a balcony which provides an excellent view of the garden or the sea. Guests can go for a cooling dip in the swimming pool which has a children's section as well, ensuring a pleasant and safe swim for all. In the evenings, guests can sip on a refreshing drink at the cocktail bar which offers a panoramic view of the surroundings.

Wonderful holiday
The big family from Denmark has just returned home after a wonderful stay at Hotel Creta Palm.
This is a hotel where the restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping team, and everyone else truly made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and consistently helpful.
The hotel has a fantastic location and lovely rooms. The staff keeps the rooms really nice and clean👍

Value for money
Excellent food, friendly staff, and the best cocktails we've had, thanks to Jimmy! Everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!
Great for beach lovers and to chill out.
The hotel was excellent. It's was very clean including all public areas and pools. Spotless to be honest.
All the staff were excellent, professional and friendly.
The beach which was excellent (clean, soft sand and safe) is just across the road and they even provided a bridge over to it.
The food was good though a bit samey at times. However some real standout dishes including excellent soups, king prawns and a variety of meat dishes and salads.
Small point - for families with young children the evening meal starting at 7.30pm was a bit late.
The afternoon snacks were fairly limited and only available for a few hours in the afternoon.
Final comment re hotel - we went all inclusive which was definitely the right choice especially as there were limited tavernas in walking distance.
The local town was a definite for us - beautiful old town with lots of tiny streets with lovely quaint shops and restaurants and a beautiful harbour - very historic
Overall a great place and we aim to go back.
Creta Palm for a couple
Perfect place to stay for a week, couples or families as well. Staff are really nice and helpful. Cleaning, serving, reception and specially Jimmis, the bartender have been all extremly nice and hardworking. Our room took place in the Lia apartment house by Creta Palm. 2 of the 7 sleeps we had were compromised tho by the neighbours and the thin walls.
Great holiday time
Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile, especially Jimmy - best bartender and also great and friendly man who is making best drinks!! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options and the hotel’s location was good, near to the Kato Stalos beach. There are many shops so you can get souvenirs. The entire property was well maintained and had a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
