Amazing Holiday with our Teenagers
This has to be the best 5 star hotel we have ever stayed in! Everything was perfect, the food was amazing in every restaurant and the staff were fantastic and made you feel special. Drinks were great, really lovely cocktails with actual branded spirits and a huge selection of alcohol free drinks for our teenagers! The adult only areas were a great bonus too as during the school holidays there were quite a lot of children. Our teenagers were allowed in the adult only sections which was great. Huge shout out to all the staff but in particular, Carlos at the Aqua pool, Lavinia in Potami and Agapi in The Garden Restaurant. They made our holiday extra special. I have always said I would not go back to the same hotel twice as we like to experience new places but this Hotel has made us change our minds! We will be back!!!!

We have had the most sensational stay at Ikos Olivia. From start to finish, the service has been truly exceptional, and every member of staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay so special.
For us, however, the pool service has been particularly outstanding, thanks to the wonderful Carlos. He is an absolute credit to the team. He goes above and beyond to ensure we are always well looked after, fed and hydrated, while also making us laugh along the way. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and his warm and attentive service has really made our holiday even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team at Ikos Olivia for such a wonderful stay. We have absolutely loved every moment and will most certainly be returning!

Another outstanding high-quality holiday
Second visit and not disappointed….. food, grounds, room, beach, local area are all outstanding, but most of all the culture of friendly unobtrusive service is impeccable. For a busy couple to unwind for two weeks this was perfect. Adults-only area for breakfasts and for the beach were much appreciated, although for us holidaying after most schools had recommenced avoided the 5-16 family groups. Each year there has been a challenge to make a full booking schedule for the a La carte restaurants for fourteen nights, but combination of personal persistence and engagement with Guest Service team ultimately got results.And it’s not a challenge to put us off a third visit.

Wonderful Experience
We stayed at Ikos Olivia for a week from 7 September 2026. This was our 4th time at this beautiful hotel and once again the staff delivered a wonderful holiday for us. The facilities are excellent and the quality of the food is top notch. The service was, as we have found before, commensurate with what you would expect from a top quality hotel. We would particularly like to mention the help given to us by Mariel and Christos at Provence and the detailed attention we received from Lavinia at the Potami bar. One minor detail, the initial room we were provided with had a layout which was difficult for older persons consequently we had to ask for a move. Our wishes were immediately accommodated and the move went ahead smoothly but I am sure everyone could have done without the inconvenience. We have already booked another visit for 2027.
Perfect family holiday
Our second time back to Olivia and third time at Ikos. The facilities, staff and overall setup are perfect and ensure that minimal thinking is required for families! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with 2 cots so managed to have separate sleeping areas for each of the children which worked well. All of the staff we spoke to were superb and especially Carlos and Husameddin around the pool (who even remembered our name after not visiting for more than 14 months). We are already booking our return trip for next summer.
