Our stay at Ikos Olivia was absolutely fantastic. The service was exceptional from beginning to end, and the food was outstanding throughout our entire visit.
A special thank you to Manos, Niki and Carlos, who made our holiday truly memorable with their warmth, professionalism and incredible attention to detail.
Beautiful surroundings, an exclusive atmosphere and quality in every aspect. This is the perfect holiday for anyone who wants to completely relax, feel genuinely cared for and enjoy an experience beyond the ordinary.
Worth every penny. We would love to return!
This trip was especially important for my wife and me. We wanted a place where we could truly slow down, reconnect, and enjoy each other’s company without worrying about anything else. Ikos Olivia delivered that in a way that felt effortless.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome rather than simply “checked in.” There was a warmth and attention to detail that continued throughout the entire stay. Every member of the team seemed to care about making our experience special, and those small gestures made a huge difference.
The resort itself is beautiful — the gardens are immaculate, the beach is stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful even when the hotel is busy. What I appreciated most was how easy it was for us to spend quality time together. Morning walks along the beach, long lunches with a sea view, and evenings sitting together with a drink felt like moments we’ll remember for a very long time.
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We never had a meal that felt repetitive or average, and the service was consistently attentive without being intrusive. One evening, while watching the sunset with my wife, I had one of those rare feelings that time had slowed down a little — and that is probably the best compliment I can give any hotel.
What makes Ikos Olivia stand out is not just the luxury, but the way it makes you feel. My wife looked completely relaxed and happy throughout the trip, and seeing that was worth more to me than any five-star facility. We arrived tired from everyday life and left feeling refreshed, closer, and genuinely grateful for the experience.
To everyone at Ikos Olivia: thank you for giving us more than a holiday. You gave us memories we’ll talk about for years.
We will absolutely be back. ❤️
The watersports at IKOS Olivia was excellent, they had everything you could ask for and in particular the wakeboarding was excellent. I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend.
This was our second Ikos holiday with 2 boys 11 and 13. The resort has everything we needed, the water sports were great the food amazing and the staff were all superb. Thank you!
We have just returned from another stay at Ikos Olivia and, overall, we had a wonderful holiday. This is still a resort we would happily recommend, and we made some fantastic memories together as a family.
Our standout restaurant was Provence. We were so pleased to see Mariel was still there. Her service is genuinely second to none. She remembered our names, our room number, our drinks and even our preferences. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made every visit feel so personal. She is one of the main reasons we love Provence. Robert, Konstantinos, Natalia, Filippo and Christos were equally fantastic, providing warm, attentive service every time we visited.
Carlos also deserves special recognition. Around the pool, he had a real talent for guest relations and always made guests feel welcome.
The Kids Club was another highlight. Our daughter is disabled, and the team took the time to read her EHC plan before she attended. They made sure everything was as accessible as possible and were incredibly flexible in meeting her individual needs, allowing her to be included and enjoy the activities. Their care and understanding meant a great deal to us.
I also want to thank Anna. Before travelling, my husband contacted the hotel to explain our daughter’s needs and ask whether any adjustments might be possible. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the accommodation wasn’t able to meet those needs in the way it had during our previous visit. This isn’t a criticism of the staff, who were kind, compassionate and did everything they could within the options available. Anna regularly checked in with us and arranged adjustments to our room that made a real difference. We were very grateful for her empathy and support.
The only reason I mention this is because I hope Ikos continues to think about accessibility. We feel incredibly fortunate to be able to give our daughter experiences like this, and we don’t take that privilege for granted. However, our home environment is better adapted to meet her needs than our holiday accommodation, and we all ended up with very little sleep. We would love to see Ikos invest in more autism-friendly rooms and accommodations so that more disabled families can enjoy the resort as comfortably as possible.
There were a couple of other small areas that could be improved. The minibar service was inconsistent, as we had to request fresh glassware and our preferred drinks almost every day, and they often arrived after we had already left the room. The splash pool was also out of service for several days during our stay, which was disappointing.
On a positive note, the spa treatments were excellent, and when I needed to visit the doctor, they were incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Despite a few disappointments, we had a lovely holiday. The exceptional staff are what make this resort so special, and we would like to thank everyone who helped make our stay such a memorable one.
