On the southeast coast of Kos island, 7km from the Marine and Kos town and 32km from Kos International airport (KGS), the hotel is located on Agios Fokas beach, renowned for its crystal clear waters. The Therma hot springs at 3,5km, is an attraction to visit and enjoy the curing effects.
Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites has renovated all its public areas and rooms 2015-2019 to now be a cozy and modern hotel. In approximately 70.000 m2 of land, covered with marvelous gardens, the Resort consists of the main building, the annex building that features the Club Suites and 5 more blocks of bungalows near the private beach.
3 restaurants, 4 bars & lounges (2 adults only lounges), 3 adults' pools and 3 separate kids' pools, sports activities during the day and evening entertainment to enjoy. Great stay
Great location and facilities whether you preferred the beach or the pools. All staff, in all areas, were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. The quality of food in all restaurants was top quality and the varied evening entertainment each evening provided a good relaxing end to the day. Drinks service to the beach area was a really great touch. Local bus stop to Kos town is right outside the hotel. Thank you to all for a most enjoyable holiday.

One of the my favourite holidays.
What a wonderful place to stay. Big thankyou to Christopher, for our daughters upgrade.they were absolutely thrilled with their sea view bungalow. Excellent service. Food was amazing, views stunning, and well positioned for a trip to Kos town. Bus service directory outside the hotel. Can not praise the staff, accommodation and surroundings enough. Brilliant holiday. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful - we will be back....
Spent a great week with you 10th September to 17th Our seventh stay and we just love your beachfront bungalows, beautifully clean and comfortable. Your staff are a delight, your excellent Customer Liaison and Reception. Breakfast and lunch Anastasis looked after us very well and was so welcoming. In the evening Yasser was calm and professional, a credit to your hotel. And of course not forgetting Nicos – your Grand Prix golf cart driver and Lili in the evening bar. We will be back…..

Excellent resort
Wow 😁. This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. The whole resort was spotlessly clean. The food was delicious and loads of choice. Every single member of staff was friendly, polite and professional. We stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for our needs. The car hire was cheap and easy to arrange. The restaurants and bars were spotless and well stocked. Careful with the cocktails which are delicious but very strong. Japet was brilliant and got used to me asking for less spirits in my cocktails (thank you Japet 😁). We didnt use the pools but went to the pebble beach most days. Sun loungers are free to use and plentiful. Despite signs everywhere asking you not to use towels to reserve loungers there were still quite a few people doing this. We are looking forward to returning next year.
Disappointing service.
Not the best hotel i have ever stayed in. We had to leave after the first day because of family problems at home. I had ordered a bottle of sparkling wine before we arrived as a surprise for the wife needless to say we didn't get to drink it so i returned it only to be charged $35 .Even though we were all inclusive. THE A/C didn't work and leaked all over our suitcase. We also paid upfrontto the hotel $175 holiday tax of which we had no refund, even though we only stayed 24hrs.If you have anyone with balance issues please note that the toilets are on different levels and as far as we could see they have no handrails, which made it extremely hard for my wife to go to the toilet
