Amazing
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Hotel was exceptionally clean, staff super friendly, infinity was amazing, sun beds super comfortable. The only thing if you like a sandy beach its not for you. It didn’t bother us and if you don’t mind the pebbles it’s great. A lovely beach bar aswell. Food was also very good with alot of variety. Would highly recommend.
Exceptional Hotel with Outstanding Service
Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The entire staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
A special thank you to Nicole from Guest Relations and Jannis, the Office Manager. They went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable and made us feel truly welcome.
We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went above and beyond for us. A special thank you to Nicole from Guest Relations and Yannis, the Front Office Manager, who were both so kind and helpful throughout our stay. They arranged everything perfectly for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special. ❤️
The food was also delicious, with lots of great options. And the pool is absolutely beautiful — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the day.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! ✨

Beautiful Resort, Amazing Pools & Fantastic Family Stay
The Good
So many positives!
Beautiful location and relaxing atmosphere. The pools are fantastic, and the infinity pool never felt overcrowded thanks to the resort’s size. Early mornings by the pool were a highlight, while the swim-up bar was perfect in the afternoons. The sun loungers are also the most comfortable we’ve experienced on holiday!
All-inclusive was just right. There was a good variety of fresh, tasty food, and everyone in the family looked forward to mealtimes. The package includes a pre-bookable dinner at the Asian restaurant, plus breakfast and dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant. The Asian restaurant was the best meal we had and well worth a visit. The drinks selection throughout the resort was good and the cocktails were really enjoyable. The kids loved the self-service ice cream too!
Friendly service throughout. Staff were consistently welcoming, and we never had to wait long for anything, despite it being school holidays and the resort being full.
We only visited the beach once. It wasn’t really for us, but swimming with the fish was lovely, and there’s a quiet beach bar serving the usual cocktails.
A local bus to Kos Town (approx 20 mins) stops right outside the hotel, costing €2 per adult and €1 per child. A nice break from the resort in the middle of our week for some lunch, shopping and to walk around the Old Town.
We stayed in a Junior Suite with Sea View as a family of four. It was fairly compact for a suite, but modern, comfortable and had a fantastic view towards Turkey.
The Bad
Our 45-minute transfer took nearly two hours after TUI combined our bus with another, making us the 12th stop. Obviously nothing to do with the resort, but worth knowing if arriving late at night.
We had a couple of minor room issues, but both were resolved quickly after contacting reception.
The tennis court and football pitch are the only activities apart from the gym. Both are quite tired and could use an upgrade, and they were rarely used during our stay. This didn’t bother us as the kids loved the pools, but we would have used the facilities more if they were in better condition.
The Bubbly 🥂
The sunrise is an absolute must-see! It was around 6:45am during our stay, and watching the sun come up from the infinity pool was a real highlight. There were usually only 5–10 people around at that time, although I’m sure many enjoyed the views from their balconies.

If you have a late check-out, there’s a complimentary family shower/changing room with everything you need.
Rather than paying €70–€150 for a late check-out, you can book the room for free in 30-minute slots (or 1 hour for families). Leave your luggage stored, enjoy the pool for the day, then use the room to shower and get ready before your airport transfer.
Final Verdict!
Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily return to the Michelangelo Resort.
