The hotel is located on the southern coast of Kos, in the Greek Dodecanese Islands, on a gentle hill overlooking the blue-green Aegean Sea. Ferry boats to nearby islands are available for day trips. This inviting Greek resort hotel is only 15 minutes south of Kos Island Hippocrates International Airport (KGS).
The resort hotel offers the perfect blend of romance, privacy, adventure and contemporary luxury to please travellers on a family holiday, exotic vacation, honeymoon or corporate retreat. Built in 2009, this beach hotel consists of a total of 238 accommodation units. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, a currency exchange, lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon, TV lounge, children's playground and a car park. Business travellers will appreciate the conference facilities, and both room and laundry services are available for a fee. The hotel also has its own café and bar.
The spacious accommodation units with garden or sea views include a long list of pampering guest amenities such as a king-size bed with luxurious bedding. High-speed Internet access is available in guest rooms (for a fee). The luxury villas include private pools. All are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Very nice experience with the Spa of the Atlantica Belvedere Resort. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the personell professional and caring. I had a back message and a face treatement with Debby who I would highly recommend

Fourth Time a Charm
This was our fourth visit to Atlantica Belvedere and at this point it’s starting to feel like home. I almost can’t put in to words the hold this beautiful place has on my heart. I hate leaving my actual home so to find somewhere that actually feels so comfortable and welcoming to me is special. The setting, grounds, interior are immaculate. The food is delicious and the attention to detail amazes me. Especially breakfast time, there is nothing that hasn’t been thought of. When I actually think of why it’s so special I have to say I think it comes down to the people who work there. They work so hard to make sure that every guest has a great time. The staff in the restaurant are due so much praise. Their kindness and professionalism leaves me in awe. Special mention must go to Ahmed and Helene who worked tirelessly for the 2 weeks we were there. I also must put a spotlight on the ray of sunshine Florina from Customer Relations. What a special young lady. I loved our conversations. She represents everything that is wonderful about this lovely place. Kind, helpful, intelligent, interesting, inspiring and so funny. The staff to me are like found family. Thank you for another beautiful holiday.

Fantastic entertainment team – thank you, Mateusz!
We’ve just spent two fantastic weeks at Hotel Belvedere in Kos and wanted to give a special mention to Mateusz and the entertainment team for helping make our stay truly memorable.
Mateusz was brilliant from start to finish — always full of energy, friendly, engaging and great fun. We especially enjoyed the music quizzes and poolside games. We’re also very proud to report that we won three out of four music quizzes… although we’re not saying the one we lost was fixed, obviously! 😂🎶
The whole team were fantastic too. Ida and Emelie both brought great energy and enthusiasm, and there was always something fun going on. From AquaFit and Mölkky to the music quizzes and poolside activities, the entertainment really added something special to our holiday.
A huge thank you to Mateusz, Ida and Emelie, individually, for all your hard work, energy and enthusiasm. You each played your part in creating such a fantastic atmosphere and making our two weeks at Hotel Belvedere so enjoyable.

Amazing vacation
All in all my stay here was absolutely fantastic. I had the most wonderful time. Felt really good taken care of and would come back any time again. Also I booked a spa treatment at the resort and was welcomed by Artemis. She did a great job and had a very caring personality which I experienced throughout the whole treatment. A very sweet and heartwarming person. Thank you so much!
