Outstanding service. Outstanding food.
This hotel is every bit the 5 star you would expect. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The complex is huge without being overwhelming. The food is outstanding in my opinion. Particularly the choice of snack bars around the pool which are not self-serve so no issues with hygiene etc. The salad and vitamin bar was brilliant with lots of fresh fruit and salads/veg. It was next to the American bar serving tasty burgers, chilli tacos, hotdogs and fries. The sweet bar had 11 different ice creams, a wide selection of cakes, biscuits, waffles and crepes. The bar was well catered for and the drinks didnt taste 'rough'. The a la carte restaurants were amazing (7 of) where you are not restricted to one course etc. You could happily order extra starters/mains or desserts with no issue. The resort is approx 5k walk along the sea front to Kardemena village. Not a picturesque view, but fine nonetheless. There is a free bus from the hotel that also takes you to the village or you can get a taxi. Beware - you pay 15 Euros for a taxi and its a taxi share! Usually 6-8 people in a mini bus. I would 100% recommend this stunning hotel. The views of the mountains are beautiful. Oh, and be prepared to meet lots of cats/kittens. All looked after by the hotel as well as guests who bring treats. It was lovely!

Absolutely incredible hotel
We are leaving tomorrow after an absolutely wonderful stay. I cannot praise this beautiful hotel or the staff enough. The hotel is absolutely stunning, our room is a sea view with balcony and is just perfect. The view is simply stunning and the room beautifully designed, spacious and spotlessly clean.
The food is also fantastic, from the gyros truck to the street food stands and restaurant's, we cannot fault it. We have been booked in to a different A la carte restaurant every evening and they have all been fantastic. We struggled to book into the Greek destination but an amazing lady called Stamathea made this possible for us. She has been absolutely amazing this whole trip and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has the best experience possible. Every single member of staff has been absolutely fantastic and made our stay so memorable.
This is our first time in Greece and staying at a Mtsis hotel and it most certainly won’t be our last.
If you’re looking for a stunning, luxurious, relaxing stay with amazing food, drinks and service you will not be disappointed.
We haven’t left yet but already can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to all that have made our stay so memorable.

Well what can I say ....to check in staff and bar staff and all staff in restaurant's,the service is second to none . Your made to feel welcome from the start of your holiday to going home .the food is amazing in the main restaurant and the al a carte are all fantastic. We have a swim up room,the waiter comes throughout the day to serve you anything you want,nothing is ever a trouble to him .think is name mo, the hotel is spotless, even the pools are pristine, the cleaning staff a good at there jobs,meaning the rooms are spotless. Well what can we stay about stam,she works on guest relations ,this hotel is made special by this lovely lady ,she can't do enough for you ,nothing is ever any trouble for her to sort out.she has such a bubble personality.we love this hotel we will deffo be returning.
A le cartes the best part!
Asian Restaurant was amazing!! The service was perfect and couldn’t be more attentive. Enis was so lovely and shared some Greek wine which we fell in love with.
The a le cartes and snack bars are the best part of the hotel, the main restaurant is a bit of a let down hence the 4 stars as it has very limited selection.
Wine tasting
The wine tasting experience was great fun. Lolo and iliana were very polite and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
