Lovely stay! We will definitely be back!!
We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and overall had a great holiday. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really added to our experience. The food was also very good, with plenty of choice and something for everyone.
We did have a little issue on our first night when we were given a room that already had someone staying in it! At the time, it was quite terrifying to open the door and see a man stood in the bedroom in the darkness — definitely not what we were expecting! 😂 Looking back now, it’s something we can laugh about, and the hotel dealt with the situation afterwards.
Apart from that unusual first-night experience, we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly staff, good food and overall atmosphere made it a great holiday, and we would definitely consider staying again.

A lovely hotel and staff very friendly But not 5🌟 as a few tweaks needed Dress code no enforced which is sad to.see in the evening, rooms could do updating and a greek night would be good Again warm plates for warm food and eggcups lol Breakfast is a free for all Other 5🌟 hotels we have stayed in have waiting staff assigned to specific areaa each to manage and works great! Also on.arrival other hotels we get asked preferred time breakfast and dinner and works really well Porter very rude upon arrival muttering and slammed door as no.€to tip as late arrival due to delay Apart from this we would stay again probably

We were very satisfied with everything. We would especially like to highlight the willingness and helpfulness of the lady at the reception.
Definitely not worth rating tired and poor food
Definitely not worth the 4/5 point rating you show for this this hotel on the Jet2 and Tripadvisor reviews, more like 3 at best My God how disappointing the hotel is very very tired and in desperate need of an upgrade, the food in the buffet leaves a lot to be desired it’s bland and feels like a canteen, a la carte restaurants are ok, never once offering the wine list! Pool layout is very disappointing with tired sunbeds, we spent all our days on the beach, fresh pizza on beach are nice Room uncomfortable pillows hard and lumpy, fridge rarely refilled there are only soft drinks and beers and tea and coffee once in week, again all very tired We went into town most evenings for good food which defeats all inclusive!! Sadly we were very disappointed and expensive for what you get not an all inclusive plus !!!

Amazing hotel.
Just back from this wonderful resort, Don’t usually write reviews but feel I had to after reading the bad reviews. We stayed here for a week the room was huge, clean and had amazing sea view, the staff were all very friendly, especially when you engaged with them. The resort was beautiful, very clean, grounds, pools were fab, entertainment ok, daughter and father singing were good, rest not so good. I would suggest going to the blue dome for evening entertainment and visiting their pools. Never a problem with a sun bed by the pools or on the beach. Would certainly give it 5* for the food.
