A truly wonderful stay – exceptional service and beautiful surroundings
We had a wonderful stay at Mitsis Summer Palace and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived.
What stood out the most was the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful, and we truly felt that our comfort was important to them. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful room upgrade we received — it was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. A huge thank you to the team for making us feel so well looked after.
Our upgraded room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, with wonderful conditions for a relaxing holiday. Everything was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully prepared.
The food was absolutely delicious as well. There was a great variety of dishes, everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and we particularly enjoyed the quality and taste of the meals. There was always something enjoyable to choose from.
The surrounding area is also beautiful. The nearby beach is lovely, with incredibly clear, turquoise water — perfect for swimming and relaxing. The colour of the sea was simply breathtaking, especially on sunny days.
Overall, we had a truly memorable stay. The beautiful room, delicious food, stunning sea, and above all the warm and genuinely caring staff made this holiday very special.

A sea View worth a milion
Our stay at Mitsis has been absolutely fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, and the views are simply breathtaking. The rooms are always beautifully presented, spotless and very comfortable. The food is also very good, and having the opportunity to visit different restaurants within the hotel complex is an extra bonus and makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The staff are absolutely amazing — so friendly, always smiling and genuinely willing to help. A special thank you to Eleni, who is always so warm and welcoming to everyone arriving at the main restaurant and takes the extra time to make guests feel truly welcome. Arthur deserves a special mention too for always providing exceptional and outstanding customer care. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always has a smile on his face, and has a fantastic positive attitude. He aleats made us feel so welcome :) And of course, Frederica, who has a wonderful way of making your stay truly unforgettable. 😊

Beautiful
Beautiful location right along the coast . Me and my parrtner lived it , the views from our room and around the hotel were incredible. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and the mini fridge was refilled every day too. The main thing was the service was amazing the staff were really friendly especially at the à la carte restaurants. The only thing that let it down for me was the entertainment but that’s just my opinion it wasn’t the worst or best. Overall a beautiful hotel and well worth a visit :)
Great experience
The experience was one in a million.. We spent a marvellous week on our honeymoon in Mitsis summer palace and we were more than satisfied. The newly renovated room with the pool, the stunning views, the wonderful service we received. Big thanks to the staff and especially Eleni the hostess of the main restaurant. Such a wonderful, accommodating person with excellent communication skills and a willingness to help everyone. Would definitely come back
Amazing Hotel !!
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Rooms were amazing modern and clean. Free mini bar which was restocked daily with water, beer, wine and soft drinks. Coffee machine, safe which was free to use. Food was nice and service was excellent but menu was the same but still nice meals. The speciality restaurants were hard to get into even though I tried to book the morning after we arrived. Entertainment every evening which was really good. The only downside for me was the amount of steps to each level even with using lifts, due to health issues I still struggled with all the stairs. But I would highly recommend this hotel and staff and hotel was amazing. We even got upgraded 2 nights before departure to a superior room with plunge pool which was amazing. Would definitely use this chain of hotels again. It was my partners birthday whilst we were there and they even provided a chocolate birthday cake and bottle of bubbly as free of charge. Thank you everyone for making a stay special.
