The Sovereign Beach hotel is set directly on a sandy beach in a quiet area on the island of Kos, approximately two kilometres away from the seaside village of Kardamena, where visitors can enjoy local restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Guests may enjoy buffet-style meals with authentic Greek, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine at the hotel restaurant. This hotel provides the ideal base for exploring the island or a relaxing holiday of sea and sun for families and couples alike.

Our 9th visit
We have just returned from our 9th holiday at Hotel Sovereign, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. Sovereign has truly become our home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so warmly welcomed. The flawless service, outstanding food, and wonderfully attentive staff create an incredible atmosphere that keeps us coming back year after year. A massive thank you to the entire team for making another stay so unforgettable. Roll on visit number 10!
Summer holiday and birthday celebration
Had a lovely time at this hotel we had a swim up bungalow it was fantastic. Hotel was spotless clean . Food was lovely really good choice. Drinks was very good they had a lot to choose from. Definitely be going back next year

Great hotel
An excellent hotel on the outskirts of Kardamena—a 20-minute walk along the beach or a ride on the hotel shuttle. It was my second time there; the staff made a lovely gesture by providing a bottle of champagne, a fruit platter, and a thank-you note for my return visit. The views from the room were fantastic, and both the pool and the beach were superb. The food was very good, as were the drinks.

Excellent stay
Just returned from the Sovereign Beach hotel after a 10 night stay. The pros of the hotel- amazing views, spotless communal areas, always able to get a sun bed, good choice of food, grounds well maintained, amazing staff including the animation team big shout out Ibra who always made the time to come say hello and have a chat, hotel a nice 20 min walk to Kardamena town, quick transfer time from airport. The cons- can only pay tourist tax by cash so bare this in mind, could benefit from more bins around pool area, the free shuttle to town only has two drop off and pick up times. Very minor cons which could easily be rectified. Overall we would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Thank you Sovereign hotel for a wonderful stay.
Fantastic Hotel
We came early Sept and fell in love with the place, fantastic location brilliant staff and lovely food. There was always loads of sunbeds free even in the afternoon we only used the pool once as we are beach people but it was warm but cool enough to make it feel refreshing. The bars were grest and never any queues while we was there, we walked it into Kardamina a few times and got taxis back which was very easy. The hotel never felt crowded as it had lovely spacious grounds and even the restaurant had lots of outdoor seating. I would definitely return to thos hotel yes some areas are a little dated but so what who sits inside all day we met some lovely friendly people 😊
