Bohemian in vibe, rooms sit in neighborhoods by the gardens or the seaside. For unlimited all-inclusive dining: We introduce the Greek Plateia (Village square) where everything is happening: cuisines of the world, live cooking, café and drinks, music, dance, and festivities. We amaze you with our “Beach Life” Zones full of games, sports, pools, snacks, drinks, Grecoland, and waterslides.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
So travelled here as a family of two adults and two children. We arrived at around 2pm, as soon as we got to the door a lovely lady gave us our wristbands and took us to the main restaurant so we could have dinner after travelling since 3am. She told us to return after eating to the reception which we did and she personally took us to our room gave us a tour of the room and shown us how to work the safe. Then our suitcases were delivered to our room which was so helpful when travelling with young children and multiple cases/hand luggage. This was the easiest check in with no queuing we’ve ever experienced. Amazing.
Food was excellent! So breakfast was always the same but great nice food with staff constantly keeping everything full and clean also I found there not to be many ques for food because it was spread out which was good.
Lunch we only went to once to main restaurant but we found the food to be just as delicious.
Evening meals were great. For the children freshly made pizza, chips and pasta was on every night which was helpful for my children. For the adults there were changes to some of the foods which we really enjoyed as you don’t find that in most all inclusive hotels. A variety of wine was in the fridge for you to take to the table - this is unlike all other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to.
The à la cate type restaurant we really enjoyed too and staff were so attentive- this really felt like a 5 star hotel meal. Even the kids food was presented amazingly.
Snack bar by the beach was really the best snack bar we’ve experienced in any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. All food is wrapped and labelled well behind a screen with a staff member there to hand you the food. Despite this I never had to que very long for food and the choice of food was amazing. These foods also has slight changes so you could eat something different each day whilst the kids pizza, hotdogs and chips were agin always on which we found helpful for young children or fussy eaters.
The icecream and pancake bar our children loved! All freshly made in front of you and really delicious.
Our room also was always cleaned to a very high standard. We also found our room very spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4.
The resort itself was so beautiful with the fruit and vegetables growing and always well maintained and clean.
Toilets around the pool were always kept so clean with bins being changed regularly.
Also there was no overcrowding in the pools which meant I could see my children at all times which was great.
Staff were the highlight of this hotel! Every staff member you walked past would great you around the resort. Restaurant staff were so attentive. Bar staff at the beach bar were to lovely ladies that are so friendly, always smiling and really get to know you. Again with this hotel having two water slides there were two life guards on. The lifeguards were always so watchful and I found they spoke to each child and would laugh and joke with them. This was lovely to see.
If you had a question or problem you could even contact hotel staff via WhatsApp and they would reply and act quickly.
We didn’t used the pool entertainment but lots of adults and children alike seemed to enjoy it and join in.
Location of this of this hotel was fabulous and the beach beautiful especially for an evening stroll.
My only complaint would be a handful of guests chose not to follow the rules of no reserving sun beds. I would head down to the pool to read and there would be multiple sun beds with towels on which staff didn’t remove.
So overall a fantastic hotel great staff, great food and the most tranquil location. We’d love to return to this hotel again.
We have just got back from a 2 week stay here and it was lovely !
We had the best time !
The staff were friendly and attentive at meal times especially
My son age 8 and daughter 5 loved it... my daughter really enjoyed kids club
But I do think they could do with more for the older kids , my son is shy so he didnt really mingle that much, and we didn't see much going on for his age
Night times the entertainment was good but repetitive for 2 weeks , I do think the pool bar could do with some music on atleast as there wasnt alot going on or much atmosphere.
We always get a car when in Kos as there's lots to see and do. I would defo recommend this as taxis are hard to come by and theres not a lot to do near the hotel.
The beaches are amazing!
Our room was comfortable and clean, we did have a few ants 🐜 and the mosquito 🦟 were loving me ! Make sure you take sprays etc
But its not to be expected as the hotel grounds are beautiful plants , flowers produce growing 😍
All in all we had a great stay 😃
We stayed here for a 2 week family holiday and enjoyed every second of it! On arrival we were greeted with cold drinks and seated in armchairs! No lining up at reception a gentleman called George, very nice fellow by the way came over to us a checked us in. Our luggage was sent to our room so no carrying heavy bags. We stayed in a bungalow which was very nice, king size bed and a single for our daughter, lovely rainfall shower, balcony overlooked the sea. The cleaning staff were amazing!! In every day fresh clean towels and bedding.
The choice of food was lovely, something for all tastes and lots of it too. Food and drinks available from morning till night, even had wine fridges in the main restaurant ! Just help yourself to a bottle with dinner.
The main area for us was the beach bar. This has a massive pool and a smaller one to slide into from the 2 water slides great fun for the kids, big shout out to Christos the lifeguard for his great banter and conversation (What a guy!) moving on to the bar staff at the beach bar, we can’t say anything more than they were so lovely, always smiling and very chatty to everyone! They made us feel so welcome.
To Eleni you made our holiday fantastic! What a lovely lady you are.
To Olga always so lovely to everyone of us. Another lovely lady.
To Lucky you are a true gentleman and so very kind and polite
Thank you all!!!
If your thinking of going to this hotel I would 100% recommend it.
This hotel is so lovely, staff were amazing, especially eleni, olga and lucky down at the beach bar, they are so nice and we made good friends with them, the dream team, The hotel itself is beautiful, wonderful food growing everywhere. Our bungalow was brilliant and cleaning staff amazing, we had a blast at this hotel, however if you are looking for evening entertainment you would be disappointed, it’s outside the hotel and not very good at all. We will go back to this hotel again, also it’s right on the beach.
Lovely sandy beach that was clean and ideal if you also enjoy running. Sea was clean. Sun beds available at beach and the pool side. Apartments are in better shape than actual hotel building. Good selection on food for lunch and dinner, however limited fruit selection. Everything is walking distance. Availability of water sports, also gym. Staff is friendly but I would say they have limited English skills. Main hotel hall doesn’t have an air conditioning and lacks the feel of 4 star hotel. If comparing to other Grecotel hotel same star this somewhat did not meet the full criteria.
