September holiday
We really enjoyed our staying! Rooms were clean, food was good, beach was clean and beautiful. The services people were very kind and helpful, especially Ilias who were always there when we needed him. I was on the trip with my father and sister and our rooms at first were far away, Ilias immediately told us to go to reception to change it and they let us pick the room we’d like. Regina is very charismatic, optimistic and kind person. She greeted us very nicely, when we checked out she brought us a gift. Lovely people, nice place. I recommend!

Wonderful Staff Made Our Stay Special – A Big Thank You to Regina!
We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star, although we felt it was perhaps closer to a 3-star experience in terms of the facilities and overall finish. That said, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were certainly some highlights to our stay.
A special mention absolutely has to go to Regina, who was amazing with our little boy. She went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable, and her kindness and genuine care really made a difference to our family. She was a real credit to the hotel and honestly the reason we would give our stay a 5-star rating.

No beds, weird token for a cup system that is a pain.
No beds to lie anywhere, when you do find somewhere they want to move you on or get you to pay for it. Crap customer service. Anything remotely nice they want to sting to pay extra even though you’re on all inclusive. What is this token for a cup business where you’ve gotta hand it in? Just collect the stupid cups, makes it feel like I’m at home not on holiday.
