Another fabulous holiday
We have just returned home from a fabulous 14-night all-inclusive holiday at this beautiful hotel. This was our second time staying here, as we also visited last year.
We arrived at the hotel quite late and were greeted by George at reception, who was very welcoming. Once we had checked in, he took us to our room in the buggy and even carried all of our luggage up to the room. Our cases were very heavy, so this was very much appreciated.
The food in the main restaurant was excellent, with a wide range of delicious options, and the drinks were also of a very good standard. All of the waiters were fabulous and very attentive. We also had one meal at the Argo restaurant, where the service was excellent and the food was lovely.
Our room was very spacious and was cleaned to a high standard every day, with fresh towels provided daily.
We spent every day at the main pool, as this was our favourite. It was easy to get sunbeds, and you didn’t need to be up early to get one. You can also order drinks through the hotel app and have them brought to you, which was a lovely touch. The waiters were always very attentive and pleasant.
There are plenty of activities going on around the pool, provided by the animation team, and they were never pushy. A special mention must go to Lauren, Evie, Jess and Raquel, not only for the fantastic shows but also for being so friendly, professional and cheerful every day.
They even managed to persuade my husband to join in with the club dance after the show, which he would never normally do! They were an absolute credit to the hotel and certainly made our holiday a whole lot more fun.
We will definitely return to this hotel in the future and would 100% recommend it to anyone thinking of booking. We had another fantastic holiday and can’t wait to come back!
Worth the stay for 2 weeks and a shout out to a member of the entertainment team
This hotel has everything you need from the location into Kos town, the beach and the food. There is plenty to do!!!
We’ve also had the opportunity to join in on the activities in the hotel and we just wanted to give Evie a mention as she’s been really lovely during our stay. She’s always friendly, welcoming and happy to have a chat, which makes a big difference.
I can definitely say I’m rethinking my gym routine after joining in the Aqua gym with Evie, but the activity was made very enjoyable!!

Amazing stay, everything you need and a shout out
We had an amazing stay at the hotel from its food, location and activities.
We’d like to give Jess a special mention as she has been brilliant throughout our stay. She is always friendly, approachable and has made taking part in the activities really enjoyable.
Jess is a fantastic dancer and valuable member of the team. She has also helped me with my tennis, including introducing me to the “star fish jump shot” — I’m not sure it’s going to get me to Wimbledon, but it’s certainly made tennis more interesting!
Jess has a lovely personality and does a great job of encouraging people to join in without putting any pressure on them. She has definitely helped make our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed the activities, particularly Evie’s aqua aerobics. Great evening entertainment.
Shout out to Lauren from Entertainment
We really enjoyed our time at the hotel but we would like to give a special mention to Lauren from the entertainment team, who has been really friendly and welcoming during our stay. She has a great way of getting everyone involved in the activities and always makes people feel comfortable.
We have particularly enjoyed the stretch classes, and Lauren is also very talented at both basketball and football — much better than most of us! I can personally say I’ve leant so many new skills!
Her positive attitude and friendly nature have definitely added to our experience at the hotel. She is always approachable and happy to have a chat, which makes a real difference.
