Fantastic Boutique Hotel
An absolutely superb experience in a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were all awesome and super professional. We got a welcome drink on arrival before heading to our room which was overlooking the bay with an unobstructed seaview. Pool area is really nice, the breakfast was excellent, as was the coffee :-) . Highly recommend their Reeza restaurant for dinner - the fish was incredibly good. And they will drive you into town (or anywhere else) as needed. Highly recommended for some luxurious peace and quiet. Thank you. Oh and due to a yoga class all the gym equipment was outside - you should leave it there! It was very pleasant to work out in the fresh air!
Absolutely Incredible!
Wow! what a beautiful hotel! But it’s not just the property and the view which is so lovely, the staff are absolutely amazing too. Fay the manager makes you feel so welcome from the minute you check in, nothing is a problem. Rosie is also a lovely guy, he sorts out the private transportation. You can go anywhere and you just use the hotel WhatsApp to arrange pickup. A special mention to Anthony also who is a really nice guy and big part of the incredible team. Tasus and the other bar and restaurant staff are really friendly and are always available around the pool to serve you snacks and drinks. It’s a 5 star hotel with a 5 star service!

Such a relaxing stay with amazing views from the infinity pool looking over the sea. Great food, great hospitality and so photogenic! Totally recommended🤌🏼

Appearance of a five star but lacking on the delivery
The hotel has all the physical appearance of a five star (and relatively new) but was let down by so many smaller service and finishing elements. It is located a fair distance from the New Port (over 1 km) and Mykonos Town (over 3 kms) and it is a hot hilly walk along the road (there is a limited public bus service from the nearby beach) so a complimentary shuttle service would be nice - but is not provided. It is also located under a flight path and very windy - without any wind breaks around the pool or balconies.
Many things one could expect of a great five star hotel (and others in Mykonos provide them) were lacking. Shuttle, lattes/cappuccinos/espressos for breakfast (which was underwhelming), beach towels (had to be purchased), sauna and jacuzzi use (extra charge), no loyalty status recognition and regular bottle water refills (as tap water not drinkable). They also kept turning the AC off and the curtains didn’t block out light in what was otherwise a very nice room. Staff were very friendly, but the hotel seemed understaffed.
