A haven of stylish sophistication and traditional enchantment, Mykonos is a Greek island idyll infused with a fun-loving spirit.
Ananea Mykonos is a place to exhale, be yourself and craft your perfect getaway. Perched on the pristine coastline, the hotel looks out over the island of Delos, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the mythological birthplace of Apollo and Artemis. This is where relaxation and breath-taking views become one. Join us in Mykonos for panoramic Aegean Sea vistas, down-to-earth luxuries and a laidback island lifestyle.
The signature design character of Ananea is carried through to each of the 26 luxury suites and villas. Minimalist architectural lines are offset by a blend of earthy textiles and colours, hinting at the island's rustic past. Interior details capture the island's free spirit, with hand-woven fabrics, ethereal linen layers and other elements authentic to the Cyclade islands with a contemporary flair.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It was our first time visiting Mykonos, and we had the most fantastic stay at Ananea.
The Staff & Service What stood out most was the incredible staff – genuinely warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile. The attention to detail is exceptional: • Remembering drink orders and following up the next day to ask if we’d like the same. • Refreshing the room during breakfast so it’s spotless when you return. • Going above and beyond with car hire, cabs, or local recommendations – nothing is too much trouble.
The atmosphere they create is both friendly and welcoming, which made us feel truly at home.
The Rooms: Our room was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and we slept perfectly every night. We also loved the bathroom – not only stylish but thoughtfully equipped with excellent products that made the stay feel even more special.
Location: The hotel is perfectly located – close to Ornos Beach and within easy reach of the island’s buzz, yet tucked away in a peaceful and relaxing spot.
Food & Dining: The food deserves special mention. Breakfast is outstanding – far beyond what most hotels offer. Many places take shortcuts with inclusive breakfasts, but here they provide a wide variety of high-quality options and put real effort into every detail. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. Dinner was equally impressive; the prawns and risotto were the best we had on the island all week.
Overall: Every detail, from the design to the service and food, made this a truly memorable stay. We loved every moment and cannot wait to return in the future.
Excellent boutique hotel.Extremely clean environment commanding an elevated position offering exceptional views. Design is clean line and earthly colours with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are very comfortable excellent beds for a great nights sleep and powerful showers nice amenities provided.Coffee facilities in room however strange they charge for each coffee capsule. Breakfast is a la carte excellent choice fresh and each items is super fresh and delicious prepared with love. One of my best breakfast experiences. Dinner was the best we had on the island the chef in hand to ensure your meal is served to the highest of standards. The pool beds are excellent very comfortable the pool my only issue is you can not swim as it’s a little shallow and my feet were touching the side. My main negative which is more wider is Mykonos has become far too over priced in every way and I am sure is way traffic is way down on previous years.
First time staying in casa cook group. I guess samos property is the most popular one. This property is nice but it is a bit far from old town area. The room with pool is fun, you can see sunset from your room. I guess, they need some improvements. For example, assistant system is missing. I was expecting them to text me from whatsapp everyday and ask if I need anything or not. the hotel has 50 rooms so it is doable. But in general, the atmosphere is good. The price is very affordable comparing with other hotels.
We can not say enough great things about our 10 day stay at Casa Cook in Mykonos, Greece.
The property was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, the food was spectacular and the Casa Cook team was one of the best we’ve experienced in our many years of traveling.
The Reception Desk was incredibly accommodating. Elena handled several of our requests and always did so with a smile and kind words. She made great recommendations for places to dine in Mykonos Town, and we loved them all. Christina assisted us with transportation, as well as several other daily requests. It was refreshing to see such friendly positive attitudes consistently every day.
Our Seaview Villa with Private Pool (see photo) was perfect, the outside space was so relaxing, the pool was always clean, and there were also areas on the patio in the shade, if you wanted to be out of the sun. Beautiful, clean and very spacious.
Housekeeping was excellent, and our room was cleaned first thing every day. The entire property was very well maintained and elegant.
The onsite restaurant had a great variety of delicious menu selections, and breakfast every morning (which was included) was fresh, carefully prepared and unbelievable every time. The Greek yogurt with drizzled honey, cinnamon and fruit was one of my favorite (see photo) Dinner menu had a fantastic selection to choose from, and wine list had a wonderful variety. Chef George suggested several for us to try, and all were excellent.
But the absolute best part of the hotel is the team that took care of us during our entire stay. We ventured out into Mykonos Town a few nights for dinner, and all experiences were really good. But we really enjoyed staying to dine onsite.
Maria took care of us every morning for breakfast, and throughout the day. She took the time to get to know us, remember what we liked, and make suggestions of things she thought we might want to try. She had such bright positive energy, and it was one of the highlights of our day seeing her face first thing every morning.
Katarina was our bartender at the pool every day, and made sure we always had what we needed, and more. She was a wonderful young lady, had a great personality and we enjoyed spending our days at the pool with her. We never had to ask for anything, she was always one step ahead in making sure we received excellent service.
Vaso took care of us for dinner, and made sure we received exceptional service. She made us laugh, she shared some photos of her favorite Greek foods that we should try and it was a pleasure to dine in the restaurant with her as our server.
Our absolute favorite person was the Chef. Chef George and his culinary team not only created memorable, delicious dishes, but they took the time to also adjust some of the dishes with special requests. Every meal was something we looked forward to. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, Chef George created a special menu for us on our last night there. It was unbelievable! (see photo) The freshest ingredients, action served by the Chef himself, with explanation of everything we were eating as well as details on all the ingredients. We felt so special, and have never had that personal touch at any other vacation hotel or resort. When we left the next morning, and had our final breakfast with this entire team, we actually felt like we were part of the family. We would absolutely stay at Casa Cook again, and can not express strongly enough what an impression the entire team made on both us. Thank you for making our first visit to Mykonos one we will never forget.
Lorraine & Joe
My partner and myself stayed at Casa Cook Mykonos at the end of May. We could not speak highly enough of the staff and hotel itself. They were 5* from the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we were getting a taxi back to the airport. The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely spacious modern rooms. But what really made our stay so special was the delicious food and lovely staff. We want to make a special mention to Giorgos who did everything he could to accommodate us. To making the most delicious meals to making cocktails behind the bar! Maria also took such good care of us, helping with recommendations, just making sure everything was perfect in general. Highly recommend staying at Casa Cook, we will definitely be returning! Thank you again for a lovely stay!
