Parents and family will return each year.
The Gennadi resort pulled out all the stops to make this family holiday to celebrate my mothers 70th birthday so memorable that she wants to come here every year.
The staff knew my father had walking difficulties so they helped bring a chair to the pool area
They were very helpful with my being celiac.
And on my mum’s birthday - I took banners and balloons that they decorated the breakfast table, her room and then for dinner, made her one the best cakes (gf) for her birthday.
We thank Each and everyone at Gennadi resort.
The food was exquisite. And so well catered for vegetarians.

Baby Moon Holiday
From the moment we step foot in the property, despite the 2am arrival through no fault of their own, we knew that we’d have an invaluable experience here being our first all inclusive before the baby arrives.
The resort was busy and full, but it didn’t feel like that, there was plenty of room to do what you want, when you want, and the rooms were immaculately cleaned, the location was serene, the room pool was perfect, and the service of food and quality of food in the à la carte restaurants was delicious worthy of their own comment.
I’m glad we choose Gennadi Grand Resort to celebrate our baby moon, with the wife being 26 weeks pregnant, they were all so accommodating.
To my kababayan’s salamat for making us feel at home!

Amazing Hotel
Just returned from an amazing week at this wonderful hotel. The food was the best we have had in a hotel, with so much choice at the buffet each day (excellent for my fussy 10 year old)! Everything spotlessly clean and the staff are all so friendly. If we return to Rhodes for future holidays this is the hotel we will book!!!

Amazing stay at Gennadi Grand Resort
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gennadi Grand Resort. The food, drinks and overall service were exceptional – everything felt carefully prepared and delivered with genuine care. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we completely enjoyed our holiday. A Very Special mention Goes to Panayotis (Panos), the Assistance FMB Manager and Sommelier. His professionalism, knowledge, warmth and attention to detail stood out every time. During our stay we noticed that he is always present at the busiest, most critical points, working side by side with his team and helping wherever needed. In my opinion, someone with his talent, dedication and hands-on leadership belongs in the highest position within the F&B department. I am certain he is more than capable of managing all the bars and restaurants. The same high standards apply to all his colleagues, especially the fantastic team at the Wet Pool Bar – always friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Their pastry kitchen is truly remarkable – we thoroughly enjoyed the incredible desserts every single day. The only minor frustration was the classic (and rather silly) guest habit of “reserving” prime sunbeds early in the morning by leaving books, towels or other personal items – something you more often see at lower-category all-inclusive resorts. It would be nice if this practice could be discouraged so that everyone has a fair chance at the best spots. Despite that small detail, we would still give the overall experience a full 10/10. Everything else was outstanding and we left completely happy. Thank you to Panos and the whole team for making our stay so special.
