Do not waste your money
Very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected from an all-inclusive holiday.
There was excessive noise throughout the night, our room was in need of repair, and our towels and bedding were not changed once during the entire week. We were also only provided with one bottle of water per day. Food options for children were extremely limited, and we were surprised by how many things cost extra considering this was supposed to be all-inclusive.
Most concerning was the poor maintenance around the swimming pool. My husband actually fell through damaged pool edging/grating. We immediately reported this to hotel staff and were simply told they would “sort it”. There was no apology, no concern shown for his wellbeing and no follow-up, which we found unacceptable given how serious the incident could have been.
Overall, the poor maintenance, lack of housekeeping, limited food choices, additional charges and response to a genuine safety issue really affected our holiday. Sadly, based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this hotel.
First time to Rhodes
Location was literally a 20 min private transfer from/to the airport which was great! Everywhere was clean & tidy, infact spotless. Rooms were spacious & had everything you needed, great view of the pool/sea (rooms 1407 & 1413) Cleaners in everyday emptying bins, changing towels & making beds, which did not need doing everyday but excellent service that they did. Unless you want to be putting towels out on sunbeds from 5:30-6am then you will not get a sunbed around either of the two big main pools (they do not open til 10am) luckily all week we managed to get x5 sunbeds together on the beach. Absolutely beautiful beach, sea looks like there’s a drop as you go in but it’s just a slope down which doesn’t go on for long, quite warm & easy to swim in too. Where as the pool was freezing, okay once got used to it. Great value for money this hotel, same food daily but special stations different daily in the evenings. Same mini disco every night (except Weds when it’s their day off) same songs, dances, games etc which got repetitive & boring. The hotel is under the main flight path for Rhodes airport landing runway so every 10-20mins there’s a low plane coming over, you get used to it & it’s not as loud as people would think/expect. Just outside the hotel if you cross the road, it’s the Waterpark which is great again doesn’t open till 10am-6pm, water freezing & there’s slides for everyone. Also a little shop that sells essentials/gifts etc - so much cheaper than the one actually inside the hotel. We were a family of 5, 2 adults, one being OAP, 3 kids: 15, 15, 9 & we ALL had a great time, would definitely return. Please ignore any bad reviews you may see, this hotel is one of the best!

Great for pools and an aqua park. Not great if you want modern facilities and an incredibly busy hotel at all times.
I'd give this hotel 3 1/2 stars in total. The rooms are incredibly outdated to start. Really standard and what you'd expect at a Travelodge or Premier Inn. The rooms aren't cleaned properly and our shower gel wasn't changed once in the week that we were here. The staff themselves were lovely and really polite, and the beach being so close is absolutely wonderful.
The biggest problem is that there are just too many people. There are limited pool loungers across both main pools and the pools themselves are far too busy, with limited space and the main pool not being big enough to accommodate so many people. This is the same for the beach, there just aren't enough loungers for the amount of people. Another problem is how repetitive the food was in the buffet. There were lots of themed nights but most of the food was the exact same, just re-labelled to link to the theme of the day. We tried to book one of the restaurants but they were fully booked after day 1!
Although there are a few pools, the activities on offer are similar/ the exact same every day- water polo, volleyball and table tennis. The evening entertainment is the same every night, and the aqua park is great as it's on the doorstep of the hotel, however, despite the photos and website saying there are 8 slides, there are only 5, as one is a four in one slide. The aqua park itself is far too busy all of the time also.
The music/ evening entertainment goes on until at least midnight, meaning that if you want to sleep you can't until it has finished. Likewise, the walls are so thin that you can literally hear people walking down the the hallway at all hours of the night. There seems to be no signs that encourage people to be quiet after a certain time, or any member of staff enforcing this rule.
Overall, our children (aged 11, 9 and 7) had a good time, as adults we were left wanting more from the hotel. We feel that it would benefit from actually having less people or investing in more loungers/ creating more space. If you want a hotel that offers a lot then this is the hotel for you. But if you are expecting variety and modern amenities, then stay clear.
Great hotel
An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, always ready to help with a genuine smile. The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, making us feel truly special throughout our stay.
The location was excellent, and the overall quality of the hotel was outstanding. Everything was perfectly organized, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, exceptional service, and a memorable stay. We will definitely be coming back!
Loved it!
We stayed for a small break with my wife and honestly it was the best day ever! We relaxed at the pool and then ate a wonderful lunch at the restaurant. Afterwards we went to the beach with is right in front of the hotel! Our room was super clean. The personel always polite and helpful! We had a lovely time! Thanks Blue Bay!
