Perfection
We recently spent a holiday at Ella Elissa and it was a truly perfect stay from start to finish. As a 5-star property, it completely exceeded our expectations in every way. Stunning Pool-View Suite: Our room was modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, offering the most relaxing view to wake up to. Perfect Dining: Every meal was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared, making the dining experience an absolute highlight of our trip. Exceptional Staff: Every single member of the team was incredibly nice, welcoming, and always pleasant, making us feel genuinely cared for. Flawless Experience: From the beautiful atmosphere to the luxury amenities, the entire stay was seamless and completely stress-free. We truly did not want to leave this paradise and will definitely be returning!
Fantastic guest services
Currently here on holiday we are staying at Ella Helea but we managed to obtain an upgrade to the sister hotel Elissa next door for the remaining days of our trip. Special mention to Katerina in guest services for arranging our upgrade. Absolutely stunning hotel. I can not find any negatives at all only positives. Such a beautiful hotel (Helea too). Absolutely fantastic trip. Service was exceptional. The Alacarte restaurants were excellent.

Genuinely a 5-star stay. We had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend Ella Resorts.
The staff were fantastic throughout – everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food and drink were also a real highlight. The cocktails were always fresh and delicious, there was an extensive wine list, and the à la carte restaurants were amazing. As a vegetarian, I was really impressed with the amount of choice too. The buffet had dedicated vegan stations as well as plenty of vegetarian options, and everything was really clearly labelled, which made such a difference.
Our room was lovely and the unlimited room service was such a great addition. The only very minor issue was that the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 22°C, which could feel a little warm at night, although I completely understand the environmental reasoning behind this.
There’s plenty to do when the weather is good, with access to the gym, tennis and padel, as well as all the usual pool and resort facilities. We did have a rainy day and found there wasn’t a huge amount to do indoors other than settle in with a drink, but fortunately that wasn’t much of a hardship! Oh and never had to fight for subbed!
Overall, a brilliant stay. Beautiful rooms, excellent food and drinks, loads of choice for vegetarians and vegans, and genuinely lovely staff. We’d definitely return.
