Time spent at the Kersten Royal
Myself and my husband had a week at this hotel, we had a junior suit and private pool and sea view. Not quite as private as I thought it would be there was another suit above and they had a balcony with a sea view . Which looks over the pool. The room was nice and spacious and in need of a little updating. The pool area needed weeding and a little more upkeep.
The snack pool and bar , lovely food and the service from the girls, nothing was a problem for them and very friendly. The main restaurant was great the food was lovely ,the waiting staff all very accommodating.A big thank you to Alec and Eri nothing was a problem for them. The al la cart was amazing, The reception staff very helpful and very friendly. The main bar was also amazing the guys and George got to know your order and as soon as they saw you it was made . All in all really nice place to spend your time at . Jackie and Steve

The location was perfect ,no traffic noise and literally by the sea , atmosphere was very relaxed, the room was well presented and cleaned daily by lovely staff, food and restaurants/ bars were fab, big shout out to all the very attentive young serving staff and to Stergia in the restaurant and Petros at the pool bar . Euphoria
This resort exceeded our expectations. I would return in a heartbeat.
We booked for two weeks, all inclusive, junior suite with balcony however, I did write to request an upgrade as a surprise to my partner whose birthday we were celebrating during the stay.
From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a polite and welcoming gent who advised us of our room upgrade and organised a buggy to take us to our room.
The room was very spacious. Bed was huge and aircon was already running keeping the room a perfect temperature. We were so happy to see a blue glow from outside our patio doors, we were upgraded to a room with a private pool. Thank you to those at Kresten who made that happen for us! We are so grateful. Bathroom is large with lots of natural light, plenty of space for cosmetics. Shower was incredible due to the extremely high water pressure and the shower head is adjustable to different water flow types. It was like having a massage! The bath was a jacuzzi one which we used a couple of times, so relaxing. Shout out to the housekeeping ladies - you are all gems. Always so warm and smiling. Thank you for looking after us.
Food was fantastic. Every day something different and so much choice (if you are not a fussy bugger) so that when it's served again on your second week you get to try new flavours. It was all hot, well seasoned, fresh and so tasty. Desserts were the highlight, every single one I tried I could have eaten again and again and there are so many it would be difficult to try them all. Snack bar was my favourite with pizza served daily - I was in heaven. The restaurants felt like a real restaurant experience with a high service standard. They were all special experiences and the food was delicious and well presented.
Entertainment was different every night (repeated week to week). We managed to see all acts as we chose to go out to Rhodes for an evening, eat at one of the restaurnts on-site on nights we already saw the act. All performers are very talented in their area and we loved sitting at the amphitheatre on bean bags, taking in beautiful views of Rhodes town while sipping on pina coladas.
The Spa - thank you to Lena and Alexandra for my massages and facials. You are both such lovely ladies. You made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I highlighy recommend your services for those who need pampering and a little escape from the noise and the sun. All the best to you girls!
The pools were fantastic. Upstairs is a smaller pool, perhaps a degree cooler in temperature. Relaxing with lovely views of Rhodes town and in the distance, the land of Turkey. The lower pool is bigger than expected, perfect for throwing a ball and relaxing on a lilo. We loved this area
The people - everyone I came across was so friendly, warm, welcoming and jovial. They have made a mark on our hearts. I now know going forward that an environment is entirely defined by the spirit of the people who inhabit it. To name a few - thank you so much to Maria, Fotina, Illiana, Melina, Argiro, Nikos and Angelos. Wishing you a lovely winter break and hopefully you'll get to go off on your holidays and have a well deserved vacation.
A very welcoming hotel resort
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a Villa with a private pool. We found all of the hotel staff really friendly and helpful especially Eri, from the moment we arrived he showed us where the restaurants were, nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel and grounds were very clean and neatly kept. Our pool was tended to daily and house keeping did a fabulous job every day. There is a private beach for the hotel guest only. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend this hotel resort.

Fabulous spa experience
Had a fabulous experience- the spa treatment my hubs d and I had with Lena and Alex was one of the best we’ve had for a long time. Thoroughly recommend!
