A lack of a human touch and cigarettes everywhere.
My child was feeling unwell, and we had to wait for the doctor in our room. I am pregnant, so I wanted to grab a quick bite to keep my energy up. I went to the main restaurant and asked if, as a special exception, I could make a single sandwich to take away because my child was sick. The dining room manager refused, citing company policy. I know most hotels have such policies—and that’s understandable—but you also need to show some humanity. At other hotels, when I wasn't feeling well, my husband could easily bring me something to eat. An INhumane attitude! So many plates weren't properly washed, and the cutlery was bent out of shape. The waiters are the only ones who deserve praise!
CIGARETTES! An important point for families with children and pregnant women: smoking is allowed everywhere outdoors. In fact, two huge ashtrays greet you right at the hotel entrance! So, there is no way to enter the hotel without breathing in cigarette smoke. There are no designated smoking areas; you could be lying there (pregnant and with a small child) when someone on the next sunbed lights up a cigar... and then you just have to get the hell out of there... The bartenders at the beach bar were very rude.

My experience in Lindos Imperial Hotel
I really enjoyed the food and the staff was amazing, respectful and sweet. The shows from the animation team were beautiful, such a nice people all of them and i want to thank them for making my vacation more enjoyable Federico, Robert, Rozi, Lucrezia, Sara, Ila, Emely, Emma, Gian, Andrea, Francesco, Florian, Jasmin all of them were amazing at dancing the choreographies were so good and they deserve to be seen more. I also love that they take care if all the cats in the hotel and treat them like locals there.
Family wedding
We loved the whole experience here at Lindos Imperial. Fabulous entertainment staff, Emma was an absolute darling with our six year old grandson, he took a liking to her. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
