Great hotel
We had 10 lovely days in this amazing hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. I will be back again next year
Great hotel
This hotel does need improvement for sure but the hotel staff are improving the hotel all the time. Personally looking at some of the reviews I thought I would be disappointed but on the contrary it’s actually a great hotel
AWFUL
If I could give zero I would.
Firstly the rooms are outdated. Shower was cold 5 out the 7 days we were there, air con basically just coughed at you and we had to ask for our room to be cleaned (more for asking for clean towels) Food - if you like reheated dinner for tea then sign yourself up! The lady who looks after the bar mid afternoon was very rude! Barked at my partner to put a T-shirt on when entering the bar area but 4 other men walked in topless absolutely fine Atmosphere was clicky, can tell they have regular guests cause if you wasn’t part of the group you were made to feel unwelcome Free for all at the bar when staff couldn’t be bothered to serve you
Other all it was just a disastrous week
