Loved it! Views are breathtaking and staff are lovely.
Booked this hotel as a couple for a 50th birthday and booked the executive room with a hot tub. Arranged transfers with the hotel, was met at the airport and shown to our taxi. At the other end we were met with a lovely staff member who greeted us and carried our case to our room. This was the same staff member who met us at our room on checkout and carried our case to the transfer on leaving. He was very professional and made the experience lovely for us. The room itself had breathtaking views, cosy room with a comfortable bed. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. There was also a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us which we enjoyed in the hot tub. Breakfast is served by the pool and you fill in a form the night before choosing options. There is a lot of choice. The lady who served breakfast was very happy and again made the experience very pleasant for us. The hotel itself is situated nearby to restaurants and bars and is a great location. Bus stops and a taxi rank is also nearby to assist with exploring. The best things about this hotel is the view and the lovely staff. I would definately recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Panorama Suites, the room and location was just lovely. The staff were very accommodating with any request and looked after us beautifully.
Amazing place, great venue
Perfect place to enjoy Santorini and Fira from, completely central, but then escape to the pool and rooms which are marvellous
