An incredible Santorini stay - couldn’t recommend more highly
Canaves Epitome was one of the highlights of our time in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, warm and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. There were also so many thoughtful touches throughout our stay that made the experience feel particularly special.
We initially wondered whether being slightly outside Oia would be inconvenient, but it was actually the opposite. The complimentary 24/7 car service into Oia was fantastic and meant we could be in town within minutes whenever we wanted to explore or head out for dinner. We never waited long, and the drivers were some of the loveliest people we met. They were always friendly, full of great local recommendations and genuinely added to our experience.
Breakfast was another standout. It is completely à la carte, so you can order exactly what you feel like, and as much as you like. Everything we tried was delicious, and having breakfast each morning in such a beautiful setting with those views was the perfect way to start the day.
The main pool is absolutely stunning and ended up being where we spent the majority of our time. The entire property has an incredibly relaxed feel, and the views are spectacular throughout the day, but particularly at sunset. It was honestly hard to convince ourselves to leave the hotel!
We decided at the last minute to upgrade to a pool suite and were so glad we did. The room was enormous, beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, and we ended up using our private pool far more than we expected. It really elevated the stay.
Between the beautiful property, incredible views, wonderful food and genuinely exceptional staff, Canaves Epitome was everything we hoped our Santorini stay would be. We would absolutely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

My wife and I visited here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I had pre arranged an upgrade and some flowers for our room before hand but the staff went above about beyond. There were rose petals, balloons aswell as the flowers. It was a real special touch. In addition we were also given an even better room than expected.
The hotel was extremely stylish and super relaxed and stress free. Exactly what we wanted. We were made to feel very special. It was a privilege to stay there.
The hotel also offered a shuttle service down to ammoudi bay which was ideal was we had a lunch reservation down there.
The sunset lounge is great for drinks. Lunch in Omnia is superb. All round excellent stay!!

Our big day at Canaves Epitome
Our stay at Canaves Epitome was spectacular! The villa was wonderful and the staff provided us with excellent services and outstanding attention. Location is more than beautiful and we had dinner experiences that were fantastic, meals, wine pairing and the team and sommelier made our stay fantastic. They did suggest some tours for us and all arrangements were just perfect and on time, sailing and wine tour around the island, gorgeous views and perfect scenery. Spa services were marvelous, dedicated and personalized for us. We did our vows at Canaves Epitome and the events team super exceeded our expectations! They plan our wedding at the Sunset Terrace with a beautiful setup and every single detail was just perfect for our big day. We feel like we were with family and friends! We had an unforgettable experience thanks to all of them! They were just fantastic! Beautiful memories that will prevail forever. We definitely go back to celebrate!
