The hotel comprises of everything guests would expect from a contemporary hotel, delivered with tasteful luxury and unique personal character. Guests will find all they are looking for in each of the exquisitely appointed rooms with provide comfortable accommodation. Guests can relax by the pool or in the mature gardens with their palm trees, or enjoy sports and entertainment with the professional staff. It is also possible to go horse riding.

Sad to see, but enjoy it.
I’m not going to flag any of the bad points or good as we were lucky enough to get away. Yes there were both. Sadly we didn’t have the full experience this Hotel offers due to COVID. Hence why I’m not commenting. So I know so many were disappointed on our trip with what was on offer, but I don’t think they understood what this hotel/area/country has been dealt.
Some also loved this Hotel and clearly you also get loads of returning holiday makers.
I just want to say thank you to the people who work here, from the hard working bar staff, waiters, receptionist, cleaners and entertainers. You all deserve a medal with what you have to do to try to make holiday makers trips as pleasant as possible under the extreme circumstances.
Everything is reduced due to COVID.
The location is excellent. You have plenty around the Hotel. If you want to go out there’s lots to do.
Enjoy what you can...don’t just look at the negatives. We could of, but we didn’t and loved our week.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, everything looked brand new and was very well maintained. The room was modern, beautiful, and comfortable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Perfect stay for the second year.
As always we had a fabulous stay. This hotel really is a hidden gem. The staff work hard for tourists to ensure they have a comfortable stay. A big shout out to ALL THE BAR STAFF who remember your order each time. They work hard and work long hours. The restaurant staff remembered us from last year and I was delighted to see them again this year. A big shout out to Aileen who even remembered a friend I met last year. The hotel is in a fab location. Shops nearby, bars nearby, a restaurant opposite who love English people. The beach is a stroll away. An English family run Kiss Bar and we enjoyed a few Mocktails here (I had young teenagers with me). You can catch the Zante fun bus (you can google and book in advance). The hotel is continually being renovated. People have posted about rooms being tired but these rooms are due to be updated this winter. The food is outstanding with a variety each day. We saw fresh fruit and salad most days, which were served with lasagna, carbonara, pork, typical Greek dishes, complimentary ouzo, sangria…..plenty of desserts, ice cream….i miss it already. The sun bed situation is gentle. If you want one, you work to get one. If you don’t, the bar area is also a place to get the sun all day. I paid for air con and it was very powerful. It was perfect after a day in the sun. The housekeepers were respectful and communicated well. They helped me with a problem in room 405. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
Our Home from Home
Just returned from another wonderful stay at Diana Palace. We have been coming to the hotel every year since 2017, There have been many changes since our first visit and the reason we return is the wonderful staff who truly make the hotel what it is. Thank you to Achilles and all the reception staff who are always on hand to help with anything we may need during our stay. Special mention as always to Stathis who looks after us so well. He truly is the jewel in the Diana Palace Crown - he works tirelessly each day, is always smiling and singing, makes a mean cocktail and iced coffee and one of the reasons we return again and again. New for this year were Isabella and Abra, the Animation Team who worked so hard and were thoroughly good company throughout the day and evening. Food, as always, plentiful and tasty. We stayed in a superior room in Block 3 this time but will be returning for a second visit in September and hope to be allocated one of the newly refurbished standard rooms in Block 1 - fingers crossed !!!

I can't swim but went on the boat ride.
Great location, beautiful atmosphere, lovely services, great team. Room service daily and clean.
Worth the value. Well recommended for your budget.
