We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Poseidon on Zakynthos. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a gorgeous spot. What made our stay truly special, though, was the amazing staff. Front Desk: A huge thank you to Bruna and Nadia at the reception desk. They are professional, always smiling, and ready to help with any request. Their warm welcome made us feel right at home from the very first minute. Entertainment: Special praise goes to Fati, the fantastic animator. His energy, positivity, and fun activities brought so much joy to everyone every single day. We truly recommend Hotel Poseidon to anyone visiting Zakynthos. We hope to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay at Poseidon Beach Hotel and would definitely recommend it!
The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was also kept incredibly clean, and we regularly saw staff cleaning and keeping everything looking lovely.
The location is great — it’s central to everything you need and is right on the beach, which was a real bonus. The food was good too, with plenty of different options, so there was always something to choose from.
The staff were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, helpful and always willing to go above and beyond whenever we had a question or needed anything.
There are multiple bars, a snack bar, and plenty going on during the evenings. The entertainment was really enjoyable, especially the fire and fakir show, which was amazing, but all of the entertainment was good and added to the atmosphere.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and couldn’t fault the hotel. Clean, friendly, great location, good food and fantastic staff. 5 stars from us! ⭐️
Worst stay
Well , where do I start . The rooms had more beds than furniture. My partner and I woke up many times during the night due to the mattress and pillows being like sleeping on concrete . The bed covers are old and the stitching has been worn away . The dustbin men empty the bins between 12 & 1 am as well as 7am . The room also needed a really good clean . There is a frosted window between the toilet and bedroom so it wasn’t pleasant for you or your partner needing the toilet . The food was the same every day , all stodgy and heavy on your stomach. We went out to eat after a few days as we couldn’t stomach any more of their food . Then there is the pool area . I love to swim but I couldn’t get into the tiny pool as it was full of inflatable’s so I went to the beach to swim . The sun lounges are tacky and old , along one side of the grounds towards the beach the sun lounges were placed so close to each other and in rows . I walked past them to get to the beach and it just reminded me of cattle in pens . It was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , but it could be so much better if they renewed the furniture in the bedrooms and pool area . Changed the food and allow inflatable’s after say 4 pm . It’s a 1 star from me

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, which makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday. Waking up to the beautiful sea view and having the beach just a few steps away was amazing.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the peaceful beachfront location, while still being close to restaurants and other attractions.
