Nikita is really professional and respectful. He made these 75 minutes pass really fast. The massage was precise and deep, as I asked
The massage with Marina was simply perfect! Total relaxation from start to finish, and the products smelled wonderful. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this experience! ✨
Beautiful location. Pool is stunning and great views! The atmosphere was lovely, everyone was very friendly and the staff were excellent and very attentive. The rooms were okay. Basic. Our shower drainage was terrible and we had to put a towel barricade so the whole room didn’t flood. Other than that there were no complaints. There a calm vibe throughout the day and the entertainment during the day was great, including the pool party and barbecue days. Night time entertainment could be a bit better and more lively. The Irish singer was great, he got everyone dancing! The only huge complaint we had was the “spa”and the spa staff. We found the staff pushy during the day whilst relaxing, one staff member woke my partner up at the pool, asking for tha third time that day if he wanted a free massage. They also called the room the first night and woke us up asking if we wanted treatments. For the ten days we stayed, they asked us 2/3 times around the pool if we wanted a free massage and information about the spa. Even tho we told them numerous times we had already been to the spa. The spa itself…. The pool was freezing, we didn’t go in. The floorboards were loose. I nearly fell. The handrail into the pool wasn’t attached to the floor it was broken. The steam room had no lighting so we couldn’t see a thing, it also smelled of mould so we didn’t stay in it long. The sauna was ok. The whole place was run down and smelled really mouldy. The pool didn’t have the waterfall feature and looked nothing like the photos. I understand the spa is a third party but it really lets this hotel down which is such a shame! The drinks staff were amazing and so friendly, especially Vasos! YAMAS!
Exelent spa exeriance Treatment and personel is mint If you go here go to the spa
We stayed at the TUI BLUE Caravel from 24th July to the 7th of August. 14 nights that we will never forget for all of the right reasons. Our accommodation was a double swim up with garden view. For those looking to book, we were in room 717. The room had full sun from sunrise, to around 1430 and then the pool and grass in front a little longer. It was perfect for us as we went to lunch and then out to the grassed or pool area to enjoy copious amounts of cocktails, pool swimming and of course dips in the beautiful sea. I will start with the room. It isn't the largest of rooms when you initially walk in. Then as you unpack and start to get used to the environment, you realise it's very functional, with a lovely wet room type walk in shower, open plan sink area and a separate WC. There are loads of space for hanging clothes, folding stuff in drawers and storing items on shelves. It's incredibly functional. You get tea, coffee etc. with kettle. There is a mini fridge with soft drinks and water bottles too. You can go to the bar and get a bottle of cava or wine to put them in your fridge too. Also bare in mind, you can happily drink the tap water, and we filled our water bottles from the tap and popped them in the fridge with the cava. Two (very small) negatives about the rooms. 1. The TV's (if you like something to send you off to sleep) only have 7 news channels of which 3 are in English and only one being English. The other especially for a swim up, is that the hotel does not serve any canned beer, so you can't have beer in your fridge, without going into the town and buying it. You have to go to the bar and get draft. Now to the Hotel. The Hotel has two major assets. The first being the space. You have beautiful, manicured gardens, lovely paths, two pools and direct access to a wonderful sandy beach with shallow, warm waters. The second, is the staff. They are genuine, lovely, friendly, helpful and just awesome. The whole culture is one of relaxed, happiness. This is clearly behaviours from the top, as the General Manager is always around, smiling, greeting, helping and encouraging. He has obviously created a culture amongst his staff that permeates to every guest and make you feel so comfortable, relaxed and happy. I cannot praise them enough, as this creates your holiday experience. The food is tremendous. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all fantastic, with lots to choose from and all prepared extremely well. You can also take lunch down at the beach bar, where you get some lovely snacks. There is also one visit per couple to the Collunarium, which I would recommend everyone takes advantage of. Its superb. The guy in charge of the restaurants works so hard and does not just direct, he tops your wine or water if he can see his staff are busy, another example of leading from the front. Entertainment is good. Obviously, it's the travelling singers who are entertaining and keep you drinking. The stage is at the end of the pool, and the seating is lovely and sociable and comfortable. We went almost every night, as it was so relaxing even before and after the entertainment. The waiters are fully committed to keeping your glasses filled and the array of drinks and cocktails is really impressive. Don't miss the gala nights. It's a chance to thank the Hotel staff and you get fireworks and cake. A massive shout out to the beach towel guy, who was such a team player, helping across the restaurants and bars as well as keeping his role functioning. He was clearly an asset to the team. Outside the Hotel is a town with everything. Bars to watch sport, restaurants if you want to eat out and loads of shops for souvenirs. Also grab the fun train into Zante town, it's fun! Normally when I submit a review, I give constructive criticism, but for this Hotel it would be too picky! Maybe having some fresh cow's milk for making the coffees in the bar? I did use the little cream pods which were okay. It would be nice also to have a tip jar, maybe in the restaurant, where guests could put money in for all the staff to share. We found there were so many lovely people that we could not afford to tip them all. Honestly if you are thinking of a perfect beach, adults only, all-inclusive holiday, this is it. I want to say a massive thank you to the General Manager of the Hotel and his incredible staff, because they made our stay a wonderful memory that I will never forget. We loved being there and will be coming back in 2028.
