A truly exceptional luxury experience
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every member of staff made us feel extremely welcomed. The service was nothing short of exceptional and made our stay extra special. On top of this, the hotel is truly stunning and loved the plants growing naturally around the hotel and pools made every corner of the hotel so photogenic, even down to the stunning spa facilities and the talented masseuse. Our guest relations person Emilia was truly incredible during our five day stay, and always went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Also shout out to Maria and the charismatic Kostas for making our stay super memorable.

We’ve spent wonderful honeymoon vacation in Contessina Suite and Spa in Tsilivi. Upon our arrival, reception and concierge service welcomed us warmly and with positive attitude. This mood and positive attitude lasted every day, which makes your vacation very friendly. I must point out Maria from guest relations, who was incredible and she’s the one for the job!
We had half board, with rich breakfast offer and moreover, 5 stars experience during dinners in Lentika restaurant! S/O to chef, incredible tastes and presentation of meals.
Hotel building and rooms are wonderful, including our personal pool at our room. Only disadvantage during stay were soft matters which disrupted our sleep. However, overall experience was really 5 stars with nicest staff I’ve ever met. Thank you, F+B.
Luxurious stay at Contessina Suites
Our stay at Contessina Suites was an amazing experience, from the day we arrived to the checkout. The staff are really great, very attentive and genuinely welcoming. The rooms and public spaces were spotlessly clean, we’ve never seen glasses in the room that clean! The food was excellent and because it was not a buffet but table service, it felt like going out every night, choosing from a truly amazing menu. We will definitely remember our stay and cannot recommend it enough, if you want a five star experience in a quiet and comfortable setting. Special thanks to Micah and Amos for looking after us at all meals and all the receptionist staff, Emilia, Maria and everyone one else. Hope to be back one day!

Tranquil Haven
Just returned from 10 wonderful nights spent at this hotel. On arrival we were informed we had been upgraded to a shared swim up pool room which was a lovely surprise. The bed was huge & so comfortable & the shower wow so powerful & always plenty of hot water. Loved the glass mirrored front. The hotel is spot less & has a wonderful chilled vibe you can’t help but relax. We went walking every day but always managed to find a sun bed in the sun when we returned although some are more comfortable than others. Fresh fruit was brought round the pool each day & the lovely people from the spa walked round offering a complimentary back massage. We booked the sauna, steam room & cave pool for an hour was wonderful having them all to ourselves, this is also complimentary. I must thank Thanos from the spa for the most amazing facial he applied the perfect amount of pressure & really took his time to provide such a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend booking a treatment. We were staying bed & breakfast so only ate there in the morning but the selection on offer was amazing from the buffet to the made to order there was something for everyone. Really missing our Freddo lattes with a dash of salted caramel every morning. Tsilivi is a lively resort but The Contessina Resort & Spa is a tranquil haven & everyone from reception, to waiting staff & cleaners do a first class job & always with a smile

Amazing honeymoon
We came for our honeymoon for 10 days and stayed in the private pool suite. Everything was amazing The room was spotless, the shower was amazing, we absolutely loved the private pool. Nice and quiet of a night and we slept so well. The atmosphere was great, 2 pools which were great size. We had no trouble having somewhere to sit. Location was great and we had x2 days of boat trips from the port of tsivili which is a 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely restraunts, but we mainly ate at the hotel as it was so lovely. The hotel is pricey to stay but we didnt mind this as it was our honeymoon and wanted a luxury stay and it was worth the money. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are all so friendly, helpful and would always have a chat with us. They recommended lovely restaurants and places to visit. Every interaction with the staff was positive and they made our honeymoon so special and memorable thank you.
