Zante is a beautiful Island .
My husband and I enjoyed our stay In your hotel and it was our first holiday in Zante .
Everything went smoothly.
We were booked in what was advertised as a double premium room , however we were given a twin room .
A double bed would maybe be a better option as advertised.
Our room was modern and nicely decorated and shower glass could do with being a bit longer .
We enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks .
All staff were pleasant and helpful .
Maybe a bit more entertainment as we enjoyed the Greek night twice and bingo during the day .
Location is quiet but only around 20 minutes into centre of Tsilivi and closest shop is less than 10 mins walk away with a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops and transfer to the beach a few times which was good .

Best Holiday
Had a great week at Floxenia hotel ,so many laughs,all the staff are just so welcoming, we stay in room 302, lovely 2 bedroom apartment, Very nice and clean, a brilliant balcony, just wish we would have had milk in the room , with the teabags and coffee,we also could have done with a full length mirror in room,there is only one in the bathroom,so with us being 3 ladies just had to use the mirror in turn,but we all had such a brilliant week,loved the little cat family and we use to make sure they had food and plenty of water,also one night was out for a meal my sister had lamb chops ,there was five on her plate but she could only eat two ,so brought the others back and cut them up for the cat family which they loved, definitely be coming back to tslivi ,very soon , Margart ,iris , Marlene, thanks to all for a fantastic holiday 🍻😺🥳

Lovely week at Filoxenia ❤️
We stayed at Filoxenia for one week from 10th–17th September in room 329, and we had a lovely time.
Our room was lovely and clean, was cleaned every day, and the bed was really comfortable. We paid for a Deluxe Room and were a little shocked to be told that the safe was an additional €35. In our opinion, this should really be included when booking a Deluxe Room.
All of the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel minibus is a great bonus on a hot day when you don’t fancy the walk! That said, the walk into Tsilivi is absolutely fine and takes around 20 minutes. You also meet lots of lovely cats along the way. 🐈❤️
We also took part in Keith’s quiz and bingo, and what a brilliant host he is! It was so much fun and really added to our holiday. 🎉
The only other niggle was the soft drinks during the day. They were poured from bottles rather than being branded drinks, and unfortunately they were often flat and not really drinkable.
The food was fine, especially breakfast. It was typical all-inclusive food, but there was always plenty of choice and everything was fresh.
Tsilivi itself is lovely, with lots of great restaurants and bars, so there really is something for everyone. The mini golf was brilliant fun and definitely worth the €9!
There are also a little family of stray cats living around the hotel, and we were more than happy to feed them, along with other guests. 🐈 We hope future guests will continue to look after them as they clearly rely on the kindness of visitors.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Filoxenia in the future. We absolutely loved Tsilivi and had a fantastic week! ❤️🇬🇷

Chill in the sun
We have just returned, check in was easy, and girl lovely, explained everything, then walked us to our rooms, we were in 106, which was the view of a staircase, didn't really bother us as we weren't in the room much. Food we enjoyed, always very fresh, my only gripe was there were no mint t bags so only had fruit juice at breakfast. Arlent and Julio were chatty and polite. Drinks weren't great, no cocktails, no fizzy wine, no garnish for drinks. Also no branded drinks, that we would have been happy buying. My friend likes brandy, i like Morgan spiced, or tia Maria, at night we saw a couple of tables of people getting asked to keep the noise down, again they were only having fun, if you want it to be quieter you shouldn't keep the bar open till 1am , Keith did a very good job with quiz and bingo, but could be doing with more entertainment, the cleaner did a great job of the rooms every day. Another thing needed is a full length mirror, and lighting not great to do make up in. Overall we met alot of lovely guests, as well as staff, and we had a great time. Only gave some pointers to make the hotel better.

Lovely hotel
Lovely holiday with family. Food delicious and the staff so friendly. Pool nice and warm and can always get a sun lounger. Accommodation very clean. Only downsides were the bed frames, bashed my leg a few times on the corners. The soft drinks are not branded, not very nice and ended up buying my soft drinks from the shop down the road.
