The food was very good, a lot of different foods and desserts to choose from, also they pick up the plates very fast,and the people there are very nice
Very nice hotel and Alex on reception was very helpful.
I had an excellent experience at Topaz Hotel in St. Paul's Bay, and a big part of that was thanks to Alex Mallia at reception. From the moment I arrived, Alex was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He went out of his way to answer all my questions, provide helpful local recommendations, and made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish.
His positive attitude, patience, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. It's always refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in their work and treats every guest with kindness and respect.

Nice experience
Had a great day at Topaz Hotel! The pool was lovely, and lunch was really good. A big thank you to the restaurant team for their kind and professional service. They were welcoming and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
Day by the pool
We had a wonderful day by the pool at Topaz Hotel. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for spending a sunny day. We also enjoyed lunch at the restaurant, and the food was delicious.
A special thank you to the restaurant staff, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable.
