Lovely hotel
Good location for bars restaurants and ferry to Valletta. €5 return, takes five minutes. Locally area is a bit scruffy, Valletta was lovely. Hotel, was very nice, modern friendly staff. Rooms were very modern and spacious. Pool area was compacted, quiet b4 midday, then slightly busier. Always got a lounger. Good value. Gym was small, few machines not working, so had a run in the morning sun, on the promenade. Eat out for breakfast, although the restaurant looked nice. A good distance away from Partyville, although average age was 21 ish, mainly young girls just chilling. Plenty of couples.

Fantastic stay in a fantastic hotel
We had a fantastic nine night stay at the Verdi Gzira Promenade. The hotel is in an excellent location looking out over the harbour, close to bars, restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the boats over to Valletta.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms spacious, attractive, and quiet, especially considering the lively location.
The breakfast was excellent with a good range of options and certain items could be requested. The food was delicious and hot, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere with very attentive staff.
What really made the stay special was the staff. From the moment we arrived Christian and Shiva were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. They couldn't do enough for us, from restaurants recommendations and bus times, to making reservations and booking excursions. They really were exceptional.

We arrived the 14 to the 23 July.
Our experience of RUN DOWN NO MATINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
THE A/C didn't work blowing HOT AIR REPORTED SEVERAL TIMES ALL WE GOT WAS EXCUSES TRYING TO COVER UP .
WAS OFFERED TO MOVE ROOMS AS THE A/C HOWEVER WORKED THE SAME .
FRIDGE DIDN'T COOL .
MATTRESS WAS OVER DUE TO BE CHANGED
TAPS LEAKING CONSTANTLY.
BATHROOM SMELLS LIKE SEWER.
Breakfast Buffet was good. the only thing they refused to turn the A/C on
and while we TRYING to enjoy Breakfast we were having a sauna it was that stuffy humid .
Even staff looked hot and bothered because of the conditions.
Put it down to budget restrictions as electricity/maintenance costs money that wasn't evidently taken in consideration.
Asked for a discount on the accommodation that was refused.
The experience was not good as at night we had a constant temperature of a Humid 27 . We also we asked if we were not happy they were happy to refund us to go to another accommodation. Unfortunately, it's in peak times that was impossible. We travel every year and I must admit it was the worst place i have had the pleasure of staying. The weather was extremely hot for that time of year about 35/40.
O by the way the only thing was location was central.
