A little gem in the heart of Mellieħa
We absolutely loved our stay at Lure Hotel. The location was perfect – Mellieħa Square is peaceful during the day but comes alive in the evening, with plenty of lovely places to eat and always something to sit and watch. Waking up to the sunrise with views towards the bay was a real highlight.
The hotel itself has a relaxed but high-end feel. With only 12 rooms, it feels very personal and the staff genuinely take the time to get to know you and chat with you.
Our room was superb – beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with everything we could possibly need. The service was excellent from start to finish, from the welcome on arrival to breakfast every morning and service around the pool. If we wanted drinks or anything in the room, a quick text was all it took and it arrived within minutes.
Lure isn’t a budget hotel, but you absolutely get what you pay for. It feels every bit the 4/5-star hotel and, more importantly, you’re treated that way too. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Incredible Hotel
I honestly don’t know how anyone could give this hotel anything less than 5 stars. The facilities and the room were incredible. It’s a small hotel and we genuinely felt like we were only a handful of people there everyday. There is plenty of space for guests to relax and the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. They give off the impression they love their jobs. I am awkward and can’t eat gluten. The staff were more than accommodating and helped make me feel like I wasn’t a problem. The food (breakfast) was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. We have just got home and we’re already planning our return trip next year.

Luxurious and welcoming
We had the most beautiful week at this hotel. It’s luxurious and has the most welcoming team that made us feel so special. Like family. We were sad to leave. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Gareth, Rabi and team.

Stunning boutique hotel
We have been backed to the lure hotel for a second time now we absolutely love this place. Before we left we have already booked for next June the rooms are stunning the roof top pool and now the gorgeous roof top bar with stunning views. Garrett Steph Rabi Oumaima Zara and all the rest of the staff go above and beyond to look after you. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now we have found this little gem thank you keep up the great work. Lovely hotel with exceptional staff
A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff were amazing (particularly Rabi and the housekeeping). Attached restaurant The Core was exceptional. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and location quiet and picturesque. Extremely difficult to find fault and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and/or stay again
