Sandip was so helpful and kind
We had a lovely experience at the restaurant throughout our stay, and Sandip was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. His great service really added to the experience. Thank you, Sandip, for making our meal even more enjoyable!
OK But not great
Quite a nice, clean hotel with great roof top pools and sunbeads. Don't get room that faces onto roadside, balconies too small for 2 people to sit out on, scary with only thin glass, lots of noise from road at night. Had a smoke alarm that sits right over our bed that constantly flashed the whole night, when complained at front desk nothing done. Booked through easyJet holidays who asked if we had any special requirements etc. I asked for double bed and that we were on our 40th wedding anniversary. This was either not sent hotel by easyJet or totally ignored by hotel. When arrived late at night was offered free lunchtime following day as we had missed evening meal which was nice. Asked if we wanted to pay for upgrade to room when said no, was given one anyway as first time customers???. Hotel promotes a trip to palm beach resort for 10 euros a person including transfer 2 beds and an umbrella which on the face of it is good, however, beach dirty, water full of litter and rocky to walk out in places. So many umbrellas it was like sat in a darkened forest not good and waste of money. Local Ghadira Bay much cleaner, and closer. Reception staffs level of service available to residents differs greatly asked if hotel did trips around island and was told about palm beach, 2 days later asked different staff member and was given whole list of different areas with a reduced price shuttle service. Food ok different themed nights with roast joint and potatoes veg available if you don't want to try something different (but could put what type of meat is in dish so you know what you are eating). Dining room staff friendly and helpful. Would look at other hotels if I were to go again this one was ok but nothing special. Quite a quiet area of the island in general, not many bars to visit in evening no real atmosphere.
A warming community with a stunning atmosphere
This hotel is stunning . The rooms are spacious and comfy . The staff are all lovely and always make your experience the absolute best it can be . It is in a lovely location for the view and is on the Melliha main road . The swimming pools are refreshing and beautiful. The views are amazing and it is good value . The noise is very minimal and any comments are quickly dealt with . The atmosphere is stunning and the decor is lovely . The food is delicious and the rooms are cleaned daily and there is no litter . I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it is one of the best I have ever been to .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and everything was exactly what we hoped for. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
